Our homework room was just not coming together…until we slapped a coat of beautiful paint from Home Depot on the walls. Then suddenly it had that cozy, inviting feel I was going for!

The upstairs homework room got a face lift with a fresh coat of paint!

In our new home, we have an upstairs bonus room area. We call it the loft, or the homework room. It’s the place where we have computers that the boys can use, games, a printer, a lots and lots of books.

I really wanted this room to feel cozy and inviting, but even after putting in the bookshelves and buying a couch and rug, it still didn’t have the feel I was going for.

So what did we decide to do? PAINT, of course!!

The Home Depot created a genius solution for choosing paint colors in your home

The biggest challenge that we all have with paint is trying to find a color. But I found the most genius solution! The Home Depot and Pinterest just teamed up to create The Home Depot x Pinterest Peel and Stick Paint Sample Kits!

Here’s what’s so amazing about these Peel and Stick Paint Sample Kits

  • They come with six different colors so you can test a variety of colors
  • Two coats of real paint are on each sticker so you can see exactly what your paint will look like
  • You can peel them on and off your walls easily so you can test in various locations and get a feel for lighting
  • There’s no odor and they’re non toxic
  • No need to buy 6 different paint samples and paint your wall in a bunch of patches to test the color

Which sample kit we chose, and the paint color we chose

We got the Grays sample kit, which is full of gorgeous shades of gray from light to dark, and we decided on Dark Pewter from Behr.

The color was perfect, and a couple of coats of paint later we had the coziest homework room. I’m just so happy with how it turned out!

We Painted the Homework Room and It’s So Cozy!

The homework room was a little bit boring, so we teamed up with Home Depot to add a cozy touch with some gray paint.

I want to advise an excellent, and most importantly free, a platform https://freebooksummary.com/how-does-macbeth-react-to-the-witches-prophecies-20494 where everyone can find important, useful and informative information for themselves. This site will be useful to students or schoolchildren who need good grades or just those who want to spend less time studying.

The chairs you’ve provided to your sons are not appropriate for their height and the height of the desks. Particularly at such a Young age, ergonomic considerations are extremely important. Not only are they having to reach up and raise their arms to access the keyboard but theY’re also sitting on their legs which is APPALLING for their circulation and can lead to long term health issues including varicose veins. This room is teally attle over substance and you should have prioritised the practical use of the space when planning it

I love this space! A good design, such as this one, can easily be translated into other design styles. A good foundation to start with with can do wonders.Polish Concrete

This room looks great now! My husband and I have also planned renovations, and we really want to do it right. Not so long ago began to read a lot of reviews about different products like furniture, flooring, lighting. The last one was about TrafficMaster Flooring and it was helpful as a lot of people weren’t happy with their products
