I accidentally stumbled across this natural supplement and it replaced my hormonal acne medication! It’s been so much more effective than my acne medication, and isn’t a prescription. Here’s a little review of it.

It’s time to talk, AGAIN, about hormonal acne.

I’m like a broken record over here — let’s talk about hormonal acne!

I’m discovering that, like anything in our lives, dealing with hormonal acne is a marathon — not a sprint. I’ve tried so many things over the years, many of which have worked and are still working, but it’s an ongoing effort.

My body is constantly changing and adjusting and most likely no one solution is going to work forever.

I was on acne medication from my dermatologist for almost 6 months last year.

Last year I went on acne medication for the first time in a few years. My dermatologist prescribed Spironolactone, which is actually a blood pressure medication, but is also used to heal hormonal acne because it reduces the hormone, aldosterone.

I was on it for about four months before it began being less effective. I was on a low dosage, so I bumped my dosage up, which helped for a little while.

I didn’t want to be on it long term, and when it wasn’t working, even at a higher dosage, I went off of it completely. Of course my acne flared up again.

The natural supplement I took to replace my acne medication

Then in September, a package from a PR firm arrived at my house with a Love Wellness supplement in it. It was called Good to Glow and it was a natural supplement packed with Vitamin C, collagen, biotin, and more.

When I’ve taken collagen and biotin in pill or powder form on their own, it had actually made my skin break out more, but the reviews of this supplement were so good that I decided to give it a try.

Within three days I noticed a difference. I was still dealing with breakouts, but no new breakouts were appearing. Typically I wake up with a new blemish every day or two, but suddenly several days in a row that wasn’t happening.

So I continued to take it, of course, wondering if it was just a fluke.

The results after taking this supplement for 4 months

I wish I had some before and after photos, but honestly I didn’t expect to see these kinds of results.

I took it for two weeks, and since my breakouts were healing and no new breakouts were coming, I ordered a three month subscription.

I took this supplement from September to December, and have had the most consistently clear skin that I’ve had since I was pregnant 4 years ago.

Do I still get breakouts here and there? YES. Always the week leading up to my monthly cycle. But if I don’t pick and I leave them alone, they heal quickly and my skin stays in good shape.

Here are some other things I love about this supplement:

  • It’s an all natural supplement that I can take long term
  • It’s safe for all ages, so even teenagers can take it if they’re dealing with acne
  • The capsules are small and easy to swallow and have no bad taste
  • It’s super affordable. $17/bottle, and if you sign up for a monthly subscription, it’s even less expensive (also I have a “$20 off an order of $40 or more” coupon HERE)

Other plans I have for my ongoing skincare

Is this supplement the end all be all for my skin? No, of course not. I’m still using my great skincare from SkinLiv (I wrote all about that HERE), and this year as things are opening back up a bit, I’m planning do skin peels and laser treatment at a local place.

But it’s an incredible find I stumbled upon, it gets amazing reviews for others, and when I mentioned it on Instagram last week, I got a ton of questions about it.

If you’ve struggled with hormonal acne, try this!

Thank you so much for talking about this. I was just tired of fighting this problem on my own and I was never fully helped by any procedures, ointments, or pills. Since childhood, I was afraid that my skin would be covered with pimples and after them, there will also be traces. It seemed to me as terrible as possible. To my great regret, when adolescence came, it became a reality and I began to fight it by any means. But now you have given me one more hope that my skin will be smooth and problem-free again.

Thank you so much for making this available to the public. Having been on spiro since last summer, I’ve been wondering whether or not it’s time to move to another medication altogether. Honestly play tic tac toe , spiro is a godsend since my skin has never looked better, but I don’t want to be on it for the rest of my life because it makes me feel sick. This is something I’m looking forward to putting into action

If you want to see the actual effect after taking supplements, it is advisable to be examined first and consult with a doctor in order to correctly choose exactly what will help you. When B vitamins do not enter the body in the required quantities, you begin to notice increased fatigue, irritability, memory loss, decreased appetite, and sleep problems. To solve this problem as soon as possible, I advise you to pay attention to this complex of vitamins https://www.amazon.com/NUTRAHARMONY-Vitamin-Complex-11-Supplements/dp/B0BTT3JCTF

Thank you for sharing your journey with hormonal acne. It’s incredible how personal experiences can help guide others in their skincare struggles. I’m curious to hear more about your overall skincare routine – have you made any other changes that have complemented the effects of the supplement?

It is very important to choose a solution individually to suit your needs. The body can produce some vitamins itself, but we get most of them from food. To avoid vitamin deficiency in the body, you need to lead a correct and healthy lifestyle, eat healthy foods, try to maintain a balance of proteins, fats, and carbohydrates. Also, introduce seasonal vegetables and fruits into your diet. If you want to supplement your diet with benefits, on this site https://herb-era.com/ you can always find an excellent variety of herbal supplements

Finding the right balance with nutrition and supplements can be tricky, especially when dealing with things like hormonal acne. I’ve been looking into different options to support overall health and came across https://shakeology.pissedconsumer.com/review.html while checking out meal replacements. Some people swear by it for better energy and nutrition, while others say it’s just another pricey shake. I’m curious if it actually helps with maintaining a balanced diet or if it’s just another trend that doesn’t live up to the hype.
