My home office is finally done! It’s the place I work from everyday, and I love having a space that’s beautiful, clean, and bright for maximum creativity and calm.

Take a look inside our completed home office!

Of all the rooms in our house, the home office was the last to get completed and decorated. But it’s finally done!

This room sits on the front of the house and gets beautiful bright light inside it everyday, and it has really tall ceilings. So we did bright white walls and dark wood beams on the ceiling to make this space look and feel really spacious and open.

Check it out!

Details of our built-in shelving and cupboards in the home office

This room has two really large walls with no windows or doors on them, so we had custom shelving added to one wall so there was lots of storage, shelving, and a desk to put my sewing machines.

Since the rest of the room was bright white, we decided to add a dark gray wall behind the built in, and I love the dimension it brings. We have this color of paint in a few spots in our house, and it’s a custom color to match a piece of furniture in our home, so unfortunately I don’t have a paint color name for you. But you can see the exact mix IN THIS POST because it’s the same color we painted our home theater.

A full wall of wainscot paneling makes this room!

The opposite wall to the built in was a big blank wall too, so we had wainscot paneling added to that entire wall to give it some dimension and interest. This may be my favorite wall in the whole house. It’s simple and stunning!

We added wooden beams to the ceiling

When we built the house, we had the option to add wooden beams to the ceiling. They were pretty expensive, so we opted to add them to ONLY the family room (you can see that here) and not to the home office.

But after a year, Philip decided beams needed to be added. So we called back our carpenter and he built some for us…at a fraction of the price the home builder was asking. Woohoo!

I love how the beams look and draw your eye up toward the vaulted ceiling.

In addition to spacious, well-planned apartments https://blog.sunnyrealty.com/sunny-isles-rental-market/ , residents today critically need infrastructure. If before the pandemic they spent most of their free time in the city center, now they want to get a similar set of services within the residential complex.

Thanks for your photos. I have been planning to do something like this at home for a long time, since I started working as a freelance agent. It is now a great solution to provide services like https://mediaonemarketing.com.sg/top-translation-services-singapore/ to get more freedom and financial independence

Great solution and super cool home office. Thank you for the photo! I am also planning to convert one room into a workspace. It remains to find good furniture, and replace the windows with uPVC from the site https://blueskywindows.com.au/double-glazed-windows/ to make the room better

Your office is very bright and spacious, which is great, because a comfortable workplace helps you to tune in to productive work much faster. I also read here about great places to work. Whatever your workplace is, the main thing is that you personally like it!

This one is looking really amazing! I also decided to purchase a new furniture and choose a proper walnut extending dining tables https://cosywood.co.uk/tables/dining-tables/walnut/ that is a pretty decent opportunity to create a magnificent and really amazing look to your house. Furthermore, I want to mention that they are having a really huge variety on their services.

Hi! I think everyone understands how important it is to properly equip the work area at home, because it will directly affect your productivity. In addition, even if there is not much space in the house, folding wall tables like these https://clubcoolio.com/collections/wall-mounted-floating-folding-desks-and-tables always come to the rescue.
