We all know sunscreen is important. But wearing face sunscreen everyday, under your makeup, and while you’re exercising is especially important. Here are my three favorite face sunscreen products for exercising outside, swimming, and everyday.

Why I wear sunscreen on my face and neck everyday

As I’ve gotten older, I’ve been really aware of sunscreen and protecting my skin. And in the last two years as I’ve started running outside several days per week, I’ve become very diligent about face sunscreen.

And although many of my makeup products have SPF in them, I still always put sunscreen on underneath my makeup just for a little extra protection.

Sun exposure can cause so much damage, including aging and wrinkles, and of course skin cancer. So it’s always better to be safe and put on the extra protection.

These are my three favorite sunscreen products

1. COOLA Organic Face Sunscreen, SPF 50

This sunscreen came in my Fab Fit Fun box a couple of years ago, and is my most worn of the three sunscreens for my daily exercises outside. It’s lightweight, smells good, isn’t sticky, and has SPF 50. If you buy any of the three, this is definitely my top recommended.

2. BeautyBio The Protector, SPF 30

When I purchased my GloPro microneedling tool last year, it came in a set and included BeautyBio’s face sunscreen.

It has a really good lightweight coverage, although a bit thicker than the COOLA one above. It’s very moisturizing, and I prefer to put this one on under my makeup because the texture works sort of like a makeup primer. Also my BB Cream has SPF 30, so I don’t feel the need to wear SPF 50 underneath that as well.

3. BANANA BOAT Sport Sunscreen Stick, SPF 50

This sunscreen stick is my most used for the pool. It’s a nice stick that easily swipes on, and it’s super waterproof so you don’t have to worry about it slipping down your face into your eyes and mouth when your face gets wet. Gross.

It’s not sticky at all, and it’s not overly greasy, plus it’s lightweight so as soon as you put it on you forget about it. But because it does have a little greasiness, it’s easy to swipe on and then rub around on your face as needed.

I’ve also heard amazing things about SuperGoop’s sunscreen as a good, clean option. If any of you have tried that and recommend, let me know.

Or if you have another great recommendation, leave a comment below or over on my morning Instagram post!

the elta md line is a superior one. My dermatologist told me about it but i buy it when it’s 20% off at dermstore.com or lovelyskin.com. The UV 46 daily sunscreen is fabulous. the whole line is wonderful and they have one for every use, some are chemical free and some are not. of course the ones that are physical are the best but they are heavier. i wear the 41 tinted physical for sensitive skin which doubles as my base/foundation and have worn it for many, many years. My kids and husband wear the 46 daily and love it.the 46 daily has won numerous awards and is always a dermatologist favorite.

Thank you for this Our family are in Australia and South Africa and our kids are 5 and 3 right now, so it will be a while still before we can send them unaccompanied. Helpful to read about what it looks like though.

It’s a very good idea that you have decided to work from your home because it’s much better than going to the office every day. Personally I get cash with the help of this source on https://duckdice.io. Bitcoin gambling is quite popular nowadays and many people became rich thanks to it. Check it too.
