My Favorite Face Sunscreen for Running + Everyday

We all know sunscreen is important. But wearing face sunscreen everyday, under your makeup, and while you’re exercising is especially important. Here are my three favorite face sunscreen products for exercising outside, swimming, and everyday.

Why I wear sunscreen on my face and neck everyday

As I’ve gotten older, I’ve been really aware of sunscreen and protecting my skin. And in the last five years as I’ve started running outside several days per week, I’ve become very diligent about face sunscreen.

And although many of my makeup products have SPF in them, I still always put sunscreen on underneath my makeup just for a little extra protection.

Sun exposure can cause so much damage, including aging and wrinkles, and of course skin cancer. So it’s always better to be safe and put on the extra protection!

These are my three favorite sunscreens for everyday

It’s very lightweight, has a slight green tint to combat redness, and doesn’t leave any streaking (like a traditional wipe-on sunscreen).
