After wearing this outfit for a few hours yesterday, I realized it’s a flipped version of my green, navy, and white outfit from the other day. The color combination is so perfect for these few weeks in between summer and fall and I guess I’m just naturally gravitating toward it.

In other news, Peanut starts preschool this week. We went to a meet and greet day last week to meet his teacher, see his classroom, and get the low-down for the school year. As we were packing up the car to go, it suddenly dawned on me that this is the beginning of the next 20+ years of my life as I become a mom to school kids. He is beyond excited, and I think it will be a great opportunity for him to get out of the house for a few hours each week (he’s only going twice a week this year), but it still makes me just a little sad that those baby years are now really gone. Those old ladies in the grocery store are right…it goes so quickly. But on the flip side, I’m majorly looking forward to a few quiet hours in the morning with my baby, as well as a few uninterrupted working hours while he takes his morning nap. We’re off to buy Peanut a new lunchbox tomorrow, and then school starts on Tuesday! Wish us luck!

I called my son Peanut when I was pregnant with him. My son also goes back to preschool this year, his second year and i'm very excited to have some alone time. I can't wait. Great outfit. Love the gingham top.

  6. Aww yay Peanut! I bet he'll love it. Preschool can be scary for kids at first but once they make that first friend, they'll be asking when they can go back!

Super cute outfit Merrick! I'm loving that green skirt!

Returning to school does not always cause some joyful moments. We need to start thinking about school and this is already difficult. But I usually always read more info here about how to buy admission essay. And it’s so much easier for me. So this is very cool. Start using other useful things to learn.

  10. Wow nice outfit! I think it is very stylish to choose strict and restrained things only in pleasant and colorful tones. The girl in the photos looks great, I think you should post these photos on Instagram, where tens of thousands of users can see and rate them! I often see similar photos there and I noticed that even more often they do not have 24 thousand likes! I am sure this is because their authors use the services of https://soclikes.com/ in order to wind up likes for Instagram.
