Let’s talk about the sweatsuit trend, and my fitness goals now that I’ve been consistently exercising for a full year.

Outfit Details:
Tommy Hilfiger Zip Up Hoodie
Tommy Hilfiger Jogger Pants

This cute and comfy sweatsuit is great for exercising or for everyday.

You know I love a good SWEATSHIRT, and I really love a good pair of joggers. And it turns out that sweatsuits are super on trend right now. The combination of the two is basically a loungewear match made in heaven.

I love the idea of being able to wear them together for an athleisure look, or you could just wear the joggers with a tee and a denim jacket for a casual day look, or just THE HOODIE with jeans and sandals.

It’s like a 3-in-one outfit!

This sweatsuit from TOMMY HILFIGER comes in a few other colors, but I think the black is the most versatile because BLACK JOGGERS are the easiest color to wear without looking like pajamas.

The best part about loungewear like this is that it works for daytime, but you could also wear these for exercising. A tracksuit can be so versatile!

What’s next for my fitness goals?

Last August I started exercising regularly. I now run three times a week, and do strength and circuit training three times a week. I’ve never felt happier, better, or stronger.

But after a year of consistent work and growth, I’m feeling the push toward the next phase. So what’s next for my fitness goals?

  1. Run 4 miles three times a week. My goal for 2018 was to run 3 times once a week, and now I’m doing that every single time I run with good speed. Now it’s time to push my self again.
  2. Run a 10k race. I’ve never run this distance, but I want to push myself and stretch my abilities, so I’m signing up for one in early 2019 and I’m so excited!

Tell me your fitness goals for the next few months! And if you need a good cool down sweatsuit during or after your workouts…you know where to find one!

I love the idea of being able to wear them together for an athleisure look like the one I’m wearing here, or you could split up the pieces and wear THE JOGGERS with a tee and a denim jacket for a casual day look, or THE HOODIE with jeans and sneakers.

It’s like a 3-in-one outfit!

The cut of THESE JOGGERS is slim and flattering, and they have a drawstring tie at the waist so they’re easily adjustable.

The best part about loungewear like this is that it works for daytime, but you could also wear these for exercising. A tracksuit can be so versatile!

My exercise goals for the next year

What’s next for my fitness goals?

Last August I started exercising regularly. I wrote all about accomplishing that goal HERE (go read it!!), so I now run three times a week, and do strength and circuit training three times a week. I’ve never felt happier, better, or stronger.

The amazing thing about our minds and bodies is that after a year of consistent work and growth, I’m feeling the push toward more. Beyond what I ever imagined I’d want to do.

To be honest, these goals scare me. They’re hard and they feel really big for me. But also it’s the most incredible feeling to be able to push myself. And I know that as I work toward them, I’ll feel stronger and more capable.

Tell me your fitness goals for the next few months! And if you need a good cool down sweatsuit during or after your workouts, or just for lounging, check out these Tommy Hilfiger ones from Macy’s!

Thank you for sharing with us, for myself, I decided to set new goals as well as you. After a training course in India https://www.siddhiyoga.com/yoga-teacher-training-rishikesh I decided to develop this topic with yoga and open my own Studio. So I think to tighten the progress and to think of the trainings

Hi, thanks, great post! Fitness has helped me make my figure beautiful, get a confident gait, keep my back straight. I immediately feel more confident and relaxed, I like myself in the mirror, which means that others like me, because I carry the energy of love and happiness. Sport gives birth to love for yourself, your reflection in the mirror, and this is the most important thing! A great helper for me in this case was a spin-bike, which I bought here – https://formmefit.com/best-spin-bikes-under-500/.

Thank you for sharing your personal experience. Of course, interest in certain activities also plays a huge role. The higher it is, the higher the motivation, and therefore the more effective your workouts. I, along with the streoids http://www.samsonsteroidsuk.com and physical training, have acquired the perfect shape for all the time. And all thanks to the goals that I have set for myself.
