Time for this week’s dinner ideas! If you’ve been reading my menus for awhile, you may recognize some of these meals!

Our weekly menu will give you some good dinner ideas

Time for this week’s dinner ideas! This week had a lot of repeat recipes, but for a good reason! Every one of these recipes are a classic that we love to serve often.

Here’s a quick review of our weekly dinners:

I’m going to add this little overview every week so you can see our true full weekly menu to get dinner ideas.

Monday: Meatball Soup

Tuesday: Out to Eat for Foster’s Birthday

Wednesday: Leftovers

Thursday: Pasta Carbonara

Friday: BBQ Chicken Pizza

Saturday: Date Night for Mom and Dad, Mac & Cheese for Boys

Sunday: Green Chile

Sunday Dessert: White Chocolate Raspberry Tarte

Meatball Soup

I’ve been making this soup since we got married fifteen years ago…it’s simple and easy to throw together, but super hearty and flavorful. My kids love the meatballs!

Pasta Carbonara

This is a great recipe for a quick weeknight meal. We have football and golf practice in the evenings, so I whipped this up in fifteen minutes so we could eat before the boys left. My kids love this recipe- it’s basically like a super easy Alfredo.

BBQ Pizza

I didn’t make BBQ pizza for Fos’ birthday, even though that was his top choice, so I had to make it on Friday for him! Always a crowd pleaser dinner.

Green Chile

We’ve made this recipe a few times and it’s incredible. Super flavorful and even better with homemade tortillas. I take the seeds out of the peppers so it’s not spicy.

White Chocolate Raspberry Tart

I’ve made this raspberry tart before and it’s out of this world. Super rich and creamy, but somehow the raspberries keep it feeling fresh so it doesn’t feel like too much. If you like fruit desserts, you must try this recipe.
