My closet is a really colorful one — I love gray, black and white, but I tend to gravitate toward colorful pieces. They just make me feel most like me! So when I put together an all neutral outfit, you know I have to throw in a pop of color…and what better way to do it than with a pair of chartreuse pumps? They’re the perfect summer shoe to throw on with your summer neutrals. I mean, how amazing would they look with a white summer dress??
This weekend I hosted a pretty little Easter brunch with my girlfriends, we watched LDS General Conference, made crepes and waffles, decorated sugar cookies, feasted on ham and potatoes for Easter dinner (I always buy a giant ham so we can eat it with pasta, soup, pizza, and rice and beans. It’s going to be a good week of eating!), and were reminded of the true reason for Easter. Hope you had a wonderful Easter weekend too!
Happy Monday!

I know this may be a weird question but do you alter the ankle openings of your jeans? I am 5’1 so I have to alter almost all jeans. If I find crops (for most people), they normally fit me as regular jeans. Even most ankle jeans are long on me still. The ankle part of ANY of my jeans are never tight enough that I think it looks stupid, especially with ankle booties. Most tailors I’ve found don’t like taking in the ankle because they say I won’t be able to get my foot through so I usually listen to them. Do you have any tips? I’m also wondering if other short girls share this problem with me?
I love this look from head to toe! That top is so pretty and I love the pop of yellow.
