If there’s anything that screams spring to me, it’s floral. And during this season there is floral everywhere in stores! Best of all is when you find a floral piece you can wear as a dress or as a skirt. I threw on a chambray over this pretty Donna Morgan dress to make it look like a skirt, and love the way it looked — it’s like a fashion two for one!
