Fall Color Combinations You Should Try

Dressing in the fall is so fun! Here are a few unexpected but gorgeous fall color combinations you can try with things already in your closet!

1. RUST AND BLACK

This is a really easy and gorgeous color combination to try this fall! Black jeans and a black tee are probably two things you already have in your closet. Add a rust puffer vest and sneakers, and you’re good to go!

  • rust sweater and black pants
  • black dress with rust shoes.

2. RUST and MUSTARD

Hello, this outfit SCREAMS fall to me! I love this combination, and while it’s a little more bold, I think fall is the time to try some of those bolder color combinations!

3. RED AND BLACK

Another easy combo that turns a basic fall outfit into some bold and fun! Instead of a basic, neutral outfit, try a bold pop of red.

4. NAVY BLUE & OLIVE GREEN

This is a really easy color combination that you could wear with pieces already in your closet! I wore my favorite olive green colette pants with a navy blue tee. I added some brown shoes and a brown belt to add some fall colored richness and help the outfit feel finished.

5. LILAC AND NAVY

This is a fun and unexpected color combination that I absolutely love! Navy blue goes with everything, but I think lilac is an unexpected combination especially in the fall. But with the mix of textures and colors, and a rich brown fall boot, it totally works and feel amazing for fall.

6. LEOPARD AND OLIVE

I love wearing olive green in the fall, and pairing it with black and leopard makes it feel super appropriate for fall. You could do this color combination in a lot of different ways:

  • olive sweater and leopard pants
  • black dress with olive jacket and leopard shoes
  • leopard top with olive pants
  • olive pants with black top and leopard sneakers

7. BURGUNDY & OLIVE

I absolutely love this color combination. It’s unexpected and so perfect for fall. These rich fall colors are perfect for dressing up or dressing down. I paired with heels, but you could absolutely do sneakers or boots for a little more casual feel.

    For awhile now i have felt that red and black is a very tired color combo but it looks so fresh and updated here in modern silhouettes. I will have to give it another try.
