Time for this week’s dinner ideas! This week’s meals were perfectly easy, quick, and delicious for a busy schedule!
Our weekly menu will give you some good dinner ideas!
This week we made a simple, delicious meals that were a hit for the whole family! It was a busy week so we made dinners that were easy and family favorites!
Here’s a quick review of our weekly dinners:
Monday: Leftovers
Tuesday: Savory Breakfast Bowl
This was a huge hit for my kids this week. I made crispy potatoes in the air fryer, cooked the boiled eggs in the instant pot, and then used a pan on the stove to sauté some spinach and brown some smoked sausage. Then we added the veggies we wanted on top. It was a perfect weeknight meal that actually came together really fast.
Wednesday: Blackened Salmon with Mojitos
My kids are obsessed with salmon, but my husband doesn’t like it, so every time he’s out of town, I make it for them. We love a blackened salmon recipe, and this one was requested by my 11 year old cause he wanted corn salsa with it. Yum!
Thursday: Classic Grilled Burgers
This was a request from my boys, and an easy weeknight dinner. Now that the weather is cooling down again, it’s a perfect time to BBQ, and these were quick and easy with some air fryer cooked fries (if you’re not doing that, stop using the oven immediately cause they’re one million times better in the air fryer).
Friday: Pizza
It’s our friday tradition! We did Hawaiian pizza this week with ham and fresh pineapple. Delish.
Saturday: Date Night
Sunday: Red Beans and Rice with Cornbread
This is one of our favorite Sunday dinners – easy to throw in the crockpot and have it done by the end of the day! I always add the smoked sausage about an hour before serving so it doesn’t get mushy with all day cooking.
