4 ways to wear white after Labor Day
Do you follow the rule that you can’t wear white after Labor Day?? I don’t.
I definitely wear my white clothes less as we head into fall and winter, but you can absolutely still incorporate them into your outfits throughout the colder months.
If you live in a rainy or snowy area, white pants especially are not the best choice cause they’ll easily get dirty. But if you can stay dry and clean, you can wear them.
I did a post last fall about 4 ways to wear white clothes after Labor Day, so here are four MORE ideas.
White after Labor Day Outfit #1: wear a white dress with fall layers
A white dress is a summer staple for me, but you can absolutely wear your white dresses into fall and winter! Pair them with a fall layer, like a cozy cardigan, a blazer, or a fall jacket.
White after Labor Day Outfit #2: Wear your white pants with boots
An easy way to make any outfit feel fall appropriate is to wear fall shoes.
A pair of ankle boots is the perfect option. Add a sweater, and you have a great fall outfit.
White after Labor Day Outfit #3: wear your white pants with a sweater
Is there anything more fall than a cozy sweater? Nope. Add that to your jeans and you’ve got yourself a fall outfit.
White after Labor Day Outfit #4: Pair your white pieces with black and brown
You could absolutely pair your white with rich fall colors, but black and brown are great with white for an unexpected neutral combo.
Now go wear those beautiful white pieces for a few more weeks or months!
