Time for this week’s dinner ideas! It was a really busy week with a lot of events, but I loved the time we had to eat together at home.

Time for this week’s dinner ideas! While we had a lot more meals out/leftovers than normal, I still wanted to share what a busy week of dinners looks like for us.
Here’s a quick review of our weekly dinners:Â
Monday:Â Leftovers
Tuesday: Shredded Beef Tacos
Wednesday:Â Free Choice
Thursday: Charity Event
Friday:Â Mavericks Game
Saturday: BBQ Chicken Pizza
Sunday:Â LasaganaÂ
Sunday Dessert:Â Ooey Gooey Butter Cake Bars
On Sunday last week, we made a traditional Thanksgiving turkey dinner since we were in Mexico for Thanksgiving. We always do turkey soup with the leftover turkey, and it’s the best!
This is our favorite pizza. We put grilled chicken, BBQ sauce, frozen corn, and fresh jalapeños on it.
I don’t make lasagna very often cause it’s pretty involved, but it’s a good Sunday night dinner. This one is delicious and pretty simple!
This is one of my all time favorite desserts. It’s pretty easy to make and super rich and filled with butter (hence the name) but it is SO delicious. If you’ve never tried it, you must!
Time for this week’s dinner ideas! This week we headed to a cabin for Spring Break so we ate lots of delicious, fast, camp style meals.

This week’s dinners turned out delicious! This week we headed to a cabin in Oklahoma for Spring Break. We ate out some, but also decided to make the most of the grill and fire pits on the property for some yummy dinners and Sunday dessert!
Here’s a quick review of our weekly dinners:Â
Monday:Â Leftovers
Tuesday:Â Leftovers
Wednesday:Â Chicken Noodle Soup
Thursday:Â Burgers
Friday:Â Order Pizza
Saturday:Â Out to Eat
Sunday:Â Hobo Dinner
Sunday Dessert:Â Peach Cobbler
We’re up at a cabin in Oklahoma for the week for spring break, and it has been super chilly, so a pot of chicken noodle soup was exactly what we needed! This recipe is simple and so delicious. You can swap the whole chicken for chicken breasts if that’s easier for you.
The cabin had a grill that we were allowed to use, so the boys requested hamburgers. Perfect!
We have a fire pit at the cabin, so hobo dinners around the fire were a must have.
I’ve never made peach cobbler over a fire — hoping this goes well because it looks delicious!
