Time for this week’s dinner ideas! It was cold here in Texas this week, so we had a lot of warm and comforting meals this week.

Our weekly menu will give you some good dinner ideas

Time for this week’s dinner ideas! I love a week full of warm, cozy dinners. Everything we ate this week was delicious!

Here’s a quick review of our weekly dinners:

I’m going to add this little overview every week so you can see our true full weekly menu to get dinner ideas.

Monday: Bagel Breakfast Sandwiches, Strawberries, and Chips

Tuesday: Takeout

I was still catching up after being gone for the long weekend and didn’t have groceries yet. We don’t usually order in during the week, but we grabbed Chipotle since we had no leftovers and very little food in the fridge.

Wednesday: Shredded Beef Ragu Pasta

Thursday: All American Chili

Friday: BBQ Chicken Pizza

Saturday: Family Date Night

Sunday: Green Chile

Sunday Dessert: Nutella S’More Bars

Bagel Breakfast Sandwiches

This was an easy nighttime meal that everyone loved. We used toasted mini bagels and I just cooked up some sausage patties and eggs, then topped with cheese. Yum!

Shredded Beef Ragu Pasta

This recipe has instructions that are a little bit in-depth, but I ignored them completely and just tossed everything into the crockpot and cooked on high for about 5 hours. It came out so tender and flavorful!

All-American Chili

This is a recipe I’ve been making for over a decade. It’s simple and delicious and is always a good one for leftovers!

BBQ Chicken Pizza with Corn, Crispy Onions, and Jalapenos

It’s not Friday without some pizza at our house! We don’t deviate from BBQ chicken lately…you’d think we’d get sick of it, but not yet!

Green Chile

This has become a family favorite and it’s a great recipe for Sunday dinner that you can toss in the crockpot before church and have it ready to go in the evening. It takes a little bit of prep work to roast the veggies, but it’s worth it for the amazing flavor. Highly recommend.

Nutella S’More Bars

I think I’ve actually made this recipe before, but it’s been a long time so I can’t remember for sure. But we love anything s’mores and anything with Nutella.
