Time for this week’s dinner ideas! It was a really busy week with a lot of events, but I loved the time we had to eat together at home.

Our weekly menu will give you some good dinner ideas

Time for this week’s dinner ideas! While we had a lot more meals out/leftovers than normal, I still wanted to share what a busy week of dinners looks like for us.

Here’s a quick review of our weekly dinners:

Monday: Leftovers

Tuesday: Shredded Beef Tacos

Wednesday: Free Choice

Thursday: Charity Event

Friday: Mavericks Game

Saturday: BBQ Chicken Pizza

Sunday: Lasagana

Sunday Dessert: Ooey Gooey Butter Cake Bars

Turkey Noodle Soup

On Sunday last week, we made a traditional Thanksgiving turkey dinner since we were in Mexico for Thanksgiving. We always do turkey soup with the leftover turkey, and it’s the best!

BBQ Pizza

This is our favorite pizza. We put grilled chicken, BBQ sauce, frozen corn, and fresh jalapeños on it.

Lasagna

I don’t make lasagna very often cause it’s pretty involved, but it’s a good Sunday night dinner. This one is delicious and pretty simple!

Ooey Gooey Butter Cake Bars

This is one of my all time favorite desserts. It’s pretty easy to make and super rich and filled with butter (hence the name) but it is SO delicious. If you’ve never tried it, you must!

Sunday: Spicy Pork Tinga Tacos

Sunday Dessert: Chocolate M&M Cookies

Crispy Shredded Beef Tacos

I had some shredded beef leftover from French dip sandwiches last week, so I used it in this recipe. I reheated it, added the spices and items called for in the recipe, and then put it in tortillas with cheese and crisped them up in the oven. These were a hit – super tasty!

Breakfast Bagel Sandwiches

This is a super easy and quick dinner idea for a weeknight. Delicious and kid friendly, and hearty!

Pizza

I make this pizza almost every week! I make this pizza dough with BBQ sauce, cheese, grilled chicken, fresh jalapeños, and frozen corn. I cook at 500 degrees for about 15 minutes, and then we top with crispy onions and a drizzle of BBQ sauce.

Spicy Pork Tinga Tacos

This recipe is one of our very favorites! It’s a great crockpot dish that is perfect for Sunday dinners. So flavorful, and makes amazing leftovers.

Chocolate M&M Cookies

We’re making these for Sunday dessert. We like using peanut butter m&ms instead of regular m&ms.
