Time for this week’s dinner ideas! We had a good week with some extra sweets for Valentine’s day.

Our weekly menu will give you some good dinner ideas

Time for this week’s dinner ideas! I love a week full of simple but good recipes

Here’s a quick review of our weekly dinners:

I’m going to add this little overview every week so you can see our true full weekly menu to get dinner ideas.

Monday: Zucchini and Chickpea Pasta with Steak and Chocolate Molten Cake

Tuesday: Leftovers

Wednesday: Crockpot Tortilla Soup

Thursday: Breakfast Burrito

Friday: BBQ Chicken Pizza

Saturday: Out to Eat

Sunday: Beef Enchiladas

Sunday Dessert: Chocolate Chip Cookies

Pasta with Chickpeas Zucchini and Steak and Molten Chocolate Cake

For Valentine’s Day, someone gave us some heart-shaped pasta so we used that to make one of our favorite easy pasta dishes. We’ve made it for years and always cook a steak to cut up and put on top. So good! And of course, we had to make our traditional chocolate molten cake for Valentine’s Day dessert!

Crock Pot Chicken Tortilla Soup

This was super easy to just throw everything in the crockpot and then top with cheese and crispy tortilla strips when I served it. All my boys loved it!

Breakfast Burrito

We don’t use a recipe for this — just tortillas, ground breakfast sausage and eggs, cheese, and tater tots. We make our tots in the air fryer and they’re the best…way better than cooking in the oven cause it takes half the time and they get extra crispy!

BBQ Chicken Pizza

We took a week break from BBQ chicken pizza, but we’re back at it. It’s a favorite!

Beef Enchiladas and Chocolate Chip Cookies

Two of our favorite recipes we’ve been making for years — enchiladas (sometimes we do beef, sometimes we do pork…this week we’re doing beef) and our favorite melt-in-your-mouth chocolate chip cookies. If you haven’t made these, you have to try them. (And you didn’t hear it from me, but the cookie dough is hands down the best dough you’ll ever eat)
