This weekly menu has a few great leftover ham recipes, easy crepes, the best buttermilk biscuits, and more.
This weekly menu has some great recipes for leftover ham
We made a lot of good recipes on this weekly menu! We were using up our leftover Easter ham with some soup and pasta recipes. Plus we made amazing breakfast sandwiches with homemade buttermilk biscuits, and some delicious super simple crepes.
These are all the recipes we made this week.
Ham and pea pasta
This is a really simple kid-friendly recipe! And a great way to use up leftover Easter ham.
Ham and bean soup
Another great leftover ham recipe, and this was a really simple recipe! It takes less than 20 minutes to make. My kids gobbled this one up!
Basic Crepes
We love crepes and they’re great for breakfast with fruit, lunch with ham and cheese, or really for any time.
This is a super easy recipe and great for savory or sweet crepes.
Homemade Pizza
Of course we had to make homemade pizza this Friday. It’s tradition! This is our favorite pizza crust ever.
Buttermilk biscuits
We made these biscuits this weekend and then added sausage patties, eggs, and cheddar cheese to make the most delicious breakfast sandwiches.
But these biscuits are also super good with jam.
S’mores magic bars
These are the most decadent bars ever, but so good.
A few changes I made to the recipe:
- I cooked it in a 9×9 pan to make the bars a little thicker
- Doubled the graham cracker recipe
- Used THIS COOKIE DOUGH recipe
- Put marshmallows on the very top. It created a really delicious crispy marshmallow layer, rather than melting them into the cookie dough
Pot Roast
Pot roast is always a good Sunday dinner recipe. This one is amazing!
