This is what was on our weekly menu last week! An easy crowd pleaser pasta dish, some quick egg mcmuffin sandwiches, a great instant pot recipe, and more.
Need some dinner ideas this week? Here’s our weekly menu?
It’s time for another weekly menu! At the beginning of the week we still had company in town, so I made a delicious pasta recipe (that was quick and easy), and the rest of the week was pretty low key with breakfast sandwiches, instant pot taco bowls, and calzones.
Creamy Cajun Shrimp pasta with sausage
This pasta dish is a total crowd pleaser! It’s easy and delicious and tastes like it came from a restaurant.
If your kids won’t eat shrimp, just eliminate it and do extra sausage!
Egg and Sausage McMuffin
You can’t go wrong with these little breakfast sandwiches! They’re so easy and the kids loved them.
Spaghetti Squash and Meatballs
I used THIS RECIPE to cook my spaghetti squash, and then used frozen meatballs and canned marinara sauce from the grocery store. Easy peasy!
Instant Pot Chicken Taco Bowls
I love having one instant pot recipe every week on my weekly menu, and this was a good one! Easy and kid friendly.
I served with tortilla chips for dipping.
Green Calzones
I’ve made these a ton of times over the years and they’re amazing. I always add salami and a little extra mozzarella cheese, and then we dip them in marinara sauce!

Great food, thank you as usual. Where do you usually shop? I noticed that my local store often doesn’t have a complete list of the products, food, and products I need. I think we’ll have to check the list of the best grocery stores https://mediaonemarketing.com.sg/top-grocery-stores-singapore/ to find a suitable one
