Philip and I headed off to Las Vegas last weekend. I always forget how much I love being home until I’m actually there, and then I just never want to leave. The hot doesn’t bother me enough to keep me away – and if I lived with it for 18 years, I could do it again! It’s really a great place to live…lots of LDS people, no state tax (thanks to gamblers), lots of entertainment, beautiful red rock, and the list could go on and on! Plus, my mom lives there, and she’s the best.

Anyway, we headed down there with Seth and Laurel. My dad got us tickets to Lance Burton’s magic show at the Monte Carlo on Saturday night, so we spent the weekend shopping, chatting and eating delicious food.

This is at the USA olympic team basketball game against Canada. This the best shot I could get of Warren Buffett, Bill Gates and Ludicris (who is that anyway???) considering I was on row Q of the balcony.

Here’s Landen and me looking FABULOUS on the strip!

At the Miracle Mile shopping mall – the former Desert Passage at the Aladdin.

What a great weekend! I wish we didn’t have to leave!

wow sounds like you had a celebrity filled week! I’d be more excited to see Bill Gates than Luda’, but I’m a nerd like that. Anyways if you are still interested in getting a business card made up shoot me an email at carltonyizzle@yahoo.com . talk with you soon. I’m excited to hear more about your oil painting business!

I love days like this. In fact, my husband and I try to repeat this at least once a month. On the site https://www.koobit.com/ we find interesting matches and buy tickets, and have a great time
