Back at the beginning of December, I went out with Molly and took some photos for a photography directing project she was working on. Basically I just stood there and she made me look good with her awesome camera skills. I just got the pictures from her, and conveniently some of them fit the bill for Kayla’s 10 day challenge
With today’s challenge being “embrace a trend,” I planned to try out this tutorial to give my hair an blond-at-the-bottom ombre effect (which I’m totally loving right now). But it got so messy, and my hair smelled like pastels, and the color barely came through, so I gave up. Then I decided to go for the asymmetrical hemline trend with a new top I recently stole from Kayla’s Goodwill pile, but then it was so cold and snowy and I didn’t feel like going outside to take pictures.
So while I am actually doing the challenge in real life, Molly’s fabulous photos were better evidence of my trendiness. I rest my case.

Oh how I love the orange pants. 🙂 Also, gray yesterday and orange today? It's like we should be friends or something.

I also love the orange pants, although I would never go for that color. My high school ruined me for orange. 🙁

You look so cute! Trendy is in the eye of the beholder, so I'm saying you fit the bill! 🙂 Love the combo of the pants with the stripes… Almost bought a red pair but thought they were too over the top. Orange just might be toned down enough to try..? Here's hoping!

HEY, I THINK YOUR BLOG MIGHT BE HAVING BROWSER COMPATIBILITY ISSUES. WHEN I LOOK AT YOUR BLOG SITE IN FIREFOX, IT LOOKS FINE BUT WHEN OPENING IN INTERNET EXPLORER, IT HAS SOME OVERLAPPING. I JUST WANTED TO GIVE YOU A QUICK HEADS UP! OTHER THEN THAT, WONDERFUL BLOG.
