Espadrilles are some of the best shoes for spring and summer. They’re lightweight, the woven sole makes them feel so summery, and they’re perfect for any travel you have for spring or summer.
I’ve picked three styles — an ESPADRILLE SNEAKER, an ESPADRILLE LACE UP FLAT, and an ESPADRILLE WEDGE, and I’m sharing some styling ideas for all three today.
Old Navy Dress from a few years ago (Similar Here), Striped Espadrille Flats, Brixton Woven Hat
I’ve had this pair of flats for a couple of years and they’re one of my go-to’s for the summer.
I paired them with a breezy swing dress and a hat, and this would be a perfect look for a warm summer day, or on vacation for a casual dinner, or a day of exploring.
If you don’t like the lace around your ankles, there are so many other cute espadrille flats, like THIS NEUTRAL WINKING PAIR, or this STRIPED FLAMINGO PAIR.
I also wore this darling CACTUS PAIR OF ESPADRILLE FLATS IN THIS POST, and these striped ones WITH OVERALLS HERE.
Olive Green Espadrille Sneakers, White Peplum Top (wearing size small), Madewell jeans (sold out, similar HERE), Zac Zac Posen Bag, Karen Walker Sunglasses
You know I love my sneakers, so an espadrille and sneaker combined is like a match made in heaven for me. They’re the perfect kind of sneaker to wear all summer long.
I paired mine with THIS DARLING PEPLUM TOP and JEANS, but I’ve worn these sneakers WITH A DRESS RIGHT HERE.

Green Midi Dress (ON SALE!), Similar Denim Jacket, Espadrille Wedges, Round Straw Bag
Espadrille wedges are so feminine, and perfect with a dress for a summer wedding, church in the spring, or with jeans for date night.
The CLOSE TOE ESPADRILLE WEDGES feel much more sweet and sophisticated, but if you want something more casual and trendy, choose an OPEN TOE PAIR LIKE THESE.
