Striped sweater: kohls (old), plaid button up: old navy, blue jeggings: gap (shop), socks: target, boots: target (old)

Dude, I know this is all Utahns can talk about, but this weather is nuts. Earlier this week there was a huge snowstorm, then we got rain, then we got snow again. Then on Wednesday it was warm and sunny, and yesterday it was rainy again (hence the umbrella).

But you know, as long as we get some snow, I’m okay. Not because it makes for a good winter, but because I get to go outside with Peanut and make Frosty the Snowman.

And watch him eat about five gallons of snow.

Linking up with Kayla this week for her 10 Day Challenge. Today was mixing patterns. Somehow I ended up wearing all blue (including that umbrella). Monochrome and mixing patterns — do I get some bonus points for that??

Nice! I think keeping patterns in the same color family helps tone down any potential carnival-like atmosphere.

Blue is definitely your color, and the stripes and gingham go so well together that I didn't even think of it as pattern mixing. It was just like well duh they go together!

    And Peanut is adorable.

I love the blues together. It looks great, especially with the umbrella – so bonus for annoying January rainy days.

I actually have the same striped V-neck that I got from a clothing swap. The fact that you stayed in the same color scheme totally made your print mixing work.

In the year of 2017. People around me suddenly begin to hang out with blue and green dress.I’m feeling curious and suspicion at the moment:”Is this a thing now?”And here’s my thoughts after research and the dress that I bought.
