One of my favorite items of clothing is a great blazer. They’ve been a huge trend for the last few years and a subtly printed one is a great closet addition. Today I’m showing you four simple patterned blazer outfit ideas to help you wear it!
A patterned blazer makes any outfit amazing and interesting
Do you own a patterned blazer? It’s a really great statement on a classic piece. It adds structure and interest to any outfit, and is a great layer as we head into spring.
You can wear it dressed up or casually…let me show you a few ways I like to wear mine!
Patterned blazer outfit #1:
One of the easiest ways to dress down a blazer is with a tee underneath. I love a good print mixing moment, and adding a striped tee underneath creates a pop of print, and works in this outfit because the blazer print is so subtle.
MADEWELL BLAZER (wearing size XXS) | SIMILAR STRIPED TEE | SIMILAR JEANS (mine are old from Able) | SIMILAR CHELSEA BOOTS (HERE is my exact pair from Nordstrom Rack but they’re sold out) | TRIPLE HOOP GOLD EARRINGS
Patterned blazer outfit #2:
Have you tried a blazer with a mock neck sweater? It creates a really chic, elevated look, without the bulk of a turtleneck. Turtlenecks can work with blazers, but it’s a lot of fabric up at the neck, so mock necks are a great alternative. I paired with wide leg jeans and heeled boots for a nice outfit.
Patterned blazer outfit #3:
If you want to dress down your blazer outfit, pair with light wash jeans, sneakers, and a basic tee. I love a baseball hat too, but you could skip that if it’s too much casual for your taste.
Patterned blazer outfit #4:
I love a blazer with a sweater dress! I added a belt for a little waist definition, and love how this outfit came together.
