The answer is that most tops can work under a blazer. And I’ll show you a bunch of examples!
The only tops I would not wear under a blazer over a tunic top (if the tunic sticks out under the blazer), and I would not wear it with a thick knit sweater. Blazers should fit you well through the shoulders and arms, so a thick sweater is going to restrict your movement and cause your blazer to feel too tight.
