gingham dress | button front blazer | similar loafers

Outfits for work Formula #1: STATEMENT PANTS

Statement pants are a really fun way to bring some personality into your outfit. I picked up THIS PAIR a few months ago, and they’re just such fun pants that you can wear with or without the tie, and they make a statement while still being versatile.

Try them with a printed top or a solid top, and printed shoes or solid shoes.

You could even wear these pants with a jacket, a blazer, a cardigan, or just a t-shirt. So versatile!!

WHITE BLOUSE | GINGHAM SHIRT | COPPER COLORED PANTS | LEOPARD PUMPS | BEIGE LOAFERS

Outfits for work Formula #2: STATEMENT JACKET or BLAZER

A fun statement blazer or jacket is a great way to dress up some of your old basics. If you’re feeling stuck in a rut, this is a perfect solution. Toss on a tee and dress pants, and then throw on a fun jacket or blazer. Your outfit will instantly feel new and fresh!

Also, if you’re wearing a statement jacket, keep the rest of your outfit neutral so it doesn’t compete with the blazer for attention.

PLAID BLAZER | TWEED JACKET | CROPPED BLACK SLACKSBLACK PUMPS | WHITE BODYSUIT

Outfits for work Formula #3: WEAR A DRESS

A dress is a no-fail solution for work. But there are lots of dresses out there — which ones do you choose?

I love a good sweater dress, and when it has a belt to cinch the waist, it becomes 100x more chic. Try it!

With more sophisticated dresses, like this fit and flare dress, you could spice it up with a belt OR try it under a jacket. Add some gold jewelry and some sleek black ankle boots to finish the outfit.

SWEATER DRESS | BURGUNDY DRESS | BLACK BELT | SUEDE JACKET | BLACK ANKLE BOOTS | GOLD BRACELETS

I hope that gives you some good ideas! As you can see, all of these pieces are versatile and you could easily mix and match. Now go have fun getting dressed for work.
