This weekend, my family came to visit. On Friday we spent the day at California Adventure. We’d planned to do both Disneyland and California Adventure, but with only one day, we decided to just do the one park, and it turned out to be one of my favorite Disney days ever. With so many adults, we were able to go on a ton of rides, including Tower of Terror and Soarin’ Over California, which are two of my faves (that I haven’t been on in years).

best part of the day!
he was so sad to leave 🙂

The next day, Saturday, we spent the whole morning at the beach. It was a little cold and windy, but it didn’t stop us from soaking up the sunshine and enjoying the incredible view. The highlights were a bunch of dolphin sightings, aaaaand when my dad, brother, and Peanut played “bury the frisbee in the sand and the other person finds it” and then spent half an hour digging around a ten square foot area trying to uncover it and could never find it. So hilarious.

A perfect weekend!

So glad you were able to have such a good day at Disney. Those days where everything lines up and works out are the best!

  10. Don't tell my husband, but I think I would love to live in California. 😉

Hopefully, I'll be in the market for a double stroller soon. Could you tell me about yours please? Thanks!

    • Our stroller is a City Select Baby Jogger. They're pricey, but we LOVE ours. The seats come on and off so you can turn them to face each other, both face front, or both face backward, or you can remove one seat so it's just a single stroller. Plus there is a stand you can buy for older kids that hooks onto the back so they can stand instead of sit. It also has a huge basket underneath, has big tires and rides really smoothly so you can easily run with it, is pretty compact (not a mile long like some double strollers), and isn't wide like the side to side strollers.

Also, I think you can only buy it online. We found it the cheapest on Ebay. Good luck!
