It’s a new season! There are so many great fall trends this year, I’m really excited to try some out and share ideas with you.

Fall is probably my favorite season to dress for – I just wish it was fall a little sooner in Texas! Here are some fall trends that I’ll be trying this year. If some of these trends don’t work for you – no worries! There are plenty to choose from this season.

10 Trends I’m Wearing this Fall

1. Blazers

  • Yep, blazers are still going strong! If you haven’t tried them yet, this is the season! I’ve got a bunch in THIS POST at all price points if you want to try them out. I’ll be wearing them with dresses, jeans, pants, and skirts. I’ve got a post HERE on how to dress a blazer down, and a post coming soon with how to wear them with dresses.

2. Chelsea Boots

  • Lots of you were hesitant about the Chelsea boot trend, when I bought mine and raved about them back in January 2021. Here we are almost two years later and they’re still super popular! I’d recommend choosing ones that aren’t too clunky so they feel more timeless. THESE ONES are my absolute favorite.

3. Leather – pants/leggings/jackets

  • Leather is a big trend this fall, and although leather has been around for ages, it’s not always super trendy. I just bought THIS PAIR of leather pants and I’m so excited to try them. I’ll do a post soon about how to wear them, I promise.

4. Sequins

  • When it comes to sequins, you don’t have to tell me twice. And nope, they’re not just for holidays or New Year’s Eve. I’ll be watching for some good sequin pieces to add to my outfits and add a little sparkle in my everyday looks.

5. Crisp button up shirts

  • A CRISP BUTTON UP SHIRT IS CLASSIC, but right now they’re trending for fall. You can’t go wrong with a classic button up shirt in a crisp white color, paired with blue, black, or gray jeans and a pair of cute flats.

6. Sports Luxe

  • As we’ve headed out of the major athleisure trend that 2020 brought on, it has elevated to sports luxe. Lots of tennis skirts, cute sweatshirts, baseball caps with button downs, sneakers with dresses, and other little sporty elements added to a sophisticated outfit. This is my dream style.

7. Camel/caramel/tan

  • We’ll be seeing lots of camel/caramel/tan this fall, and for good reason — it’s a stunning color on every person and looks so simple and chic. If you haven’t jumped on this color bandwagon, it’s time.

8. Long hemlines in skirts and dresses

  • Mini skirts are definitely in, but I stick to longer hemlines, and the long midi or shorter maxi skirts are huge this fall. I love a good ankle length a-line skirt with a sweater and sneakers, or a sweater and boots. You’ll be seeing this on me a lot this fall!

9. Barbie pink

  • Barbie pink is having a moment this fall, and although hot pink doesn’t feel like the most “fall” color, I’m going with it. I’m not much of a pink girl, personally, but I can’t resist a good hot pink moment. I’m sure I’ll be picking up a dress or skirt in this bold, bright color and pairing it with navy or black or dark green for a more fall combination.

10. Woven handbags

  • I tend to stick to more classic handbags, but the KNOTTED and WOVEN handbags are calling to me this year. I’m loving the texture they add to an outfit, especially in the fall when it’s all about texture play!

Fall Trends: What I’m Loving, Hating, and Trying This Season

As we look forward to fall, there are so many fall trends, some of which I’m loving, some of which I’m hating, and some that I’m really excited to try. Here are some top fall trends to look for this coming season.

Fall is probably my favorite season to dress for, with layers and jackets and jeans and boots.

Here are some major 2025 fall trends that I’m loving, hating, and trying this year. If some of these trends don’t work for you – no worries! There are plenty to choose from this season.

Trends That Are Huge For Fall

1. The color CHOCOLATE BROWN

2. Suede suede suede

  • Suede is EVERYWHERE for fall and winter! This is a classic fabric that will never go out of style, so anything you buy can be worn for years and years to come. Suede bags are hugely popular, suede jackets are in every store, and of course suede skirts and boots are great options. I’m here for all of it. Love this classic trend. I bought THIS SUEDE BAG during the Nordstrom Sale, and I found this similar one at Target if you want a look for less!

Bangles

  • I’m a bracelet lover, so I’m always up for something big and fun on my wrists! But these bangles that are trending right now are really big, and we’ll see if I end up liking to wear them or if they’re constantly getting in the way. I’m seeing lots of acrylic style bangles, big and chunky, and often earthy tones. But I’m also seeing big gold and silver cuffs, which I think may be a better option for me. Time will tell!

Western

  • Western style has been ramping up for the last few years and it’s huge for fall! Fringe, cowboy boots, denim on denim, western belts…it’s all here! I’m loving it in smaller doses mixed with classic pieces. Too much can look costumey to me, and I always try to avoid that, of course.

Tall boots

  • Knee high boots are hugely popular. I bought a few pairs in the last few years, and I’ve gotten TONS of use out of them last year. I also held on to one pair of Hunter boots from 10 years ago, and I’m glad I did because those are making a comeback as well. I bought THESE in chocolate brown for this fall and am so excited to wear them. The only style that I’m on the fence about is THIS STYLE. It feels a little chunky and big for me, but I’m going to find a pair that I like and see if I can style them for you.

Scarves

  • Bandana style scarves are such a fun accessory that is so chic and so classy — you’ll see these everywhere this fall! I’m loving even the little bandana necklaces that are trending. I think they’re a great little accessory that gives a nod to western without being over the top. This one is so pretty!

Lace

  • We saw lots and lots of lace and feminine details on the runway, and although it was pretty dramatic on the runway (lots of examples in this carousel of photos), I think we’ll see it in much more toned down levels on the streets. Lace tops, lace dresses, and lace skirts are pieces you can wear over and over for years to come and won’t feel so trendy.

Studs

  • I’m loving the studs trend. Give me all the studs on shoes, jeans, jackets, and bags. Like THIS BAG and THESE FLATS? So cute.

Cow print

  • This is one that I’m kind of hating. I heard last year that it was going to be big, and then it kind of fizzled. This year I’m seeing it more and more, and I just think it’s not very cute. As with all trends, I’m sure by the end of the season I’ll have something in this print and actually love it, but for now I’m a bit of a hater.

Long layers under short layers

  • This is another one that I’ve seen a lot on the runway — long tunic length shirts with short jackets…or dresses over skinny pants or leggings. Hating this.

Retro style sneakers

Barn jackets

  • Ooooh, baby, I’m loving this trend! All of the contrast collar jackets are spectacular and I want them all. This is a longer, boxy style with a contrast collar — it’s typically suede or denim, and I love all of them. I just got THIS ONE and THIS ONE, but I’m on the hunt for some budget friendly options!

Since I found hookup website I do it quite often. Great site for people who want to skip the small talk and get to the point. I like that the profiles are sexy but still respectful. You can tell people put some effort into their presence there. It feels more real than the other hookup sites I’ve tried. Plus, the chat system is fast and actually works well. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for excitement and honesty.
