I’m working on putting together my full Europe packing list with outfits that mix and match, but today I’m sharing a few things I bought for the trip including clothing and accessories. If you’re heading to Europe soon, hopefully this will be a helpful list of a few packing essentials!
We’re heading to Europe next week, and I’ve spent way too much time planning out what to pack. I’m still not there, but I’ve got a full packing list coming soon! I wanted to be comfortable for long travel days, look pulled together for photos, and still pack light enough to manage my suitcase.
While I work on figure out exactly what I’m bringing, this is a list of a few accessories, clothing items, and tech items that I bought for the trip, or have brought on trips previously and are must haves. If you’re planning your own Europe trip, hopefully these are a few helpful travel items.
Europe and Travel Essentials
Linen pants. I’ve tried a lot of linen pants over the years, and while I like many, these are my favorite that I’ve tried that are 100% linen. I’ll absolutely be bringing these with me to Europe in the undyed color because they’re so lightweight, breathable, chic, and versatile. They’re 40% off right now! I wear a size XS in the regular length. You can see me wearing them HERE.
Crossbody bag with a zipper. I bought this bag a few months ago and I’m shocked at how much I’ve worn it! It has become my go-to for everyday wear, and it’s perfect for a trip to Europe because it holds plenty without being too huge, and it zips up so it stays safer. You can wear it as a shoulder bag or a crossbody bag.
Portable charger. I do not leave on a trip without this portable charger! It has three attached cords so it can charge anything on the go, and it’s nice and slim. I also love that you can plug it directly into the wall so it can charge itself.
Large toiletries bag. This is my go-to toiletries bag. It holds absolutely everything, and I love that you can hang it on a hook in the hotel bathroom and have access to everything. I have the large size.
Travel jewelry case. My husband bought this for me a few years ago and I love it for travel because it holds and organizes all my jewelry without things getting tangled or lost or broken.
Comfortable sneakers. I’ve worn the same white sneakers for almost ten years and I was ready for something new and fresh, so I picked up these gum sole white sneakers and instantly fell in love with them. They’re supportive, super comfy right out of the box, and are the kind of sleek sneaker you can pair with skirts, dresses, pants, and more.
Plane eye mask and pillow. This is a random purchase I made this month because we’ve got a big flight to and from Europe and I want to be able to sleep. This pillow attaches to your headrest on the plane and then the eye mask velcros to the pillow so your head stays in place. I bought one for my husband and me.
Packing cubes. My husband bought me these a few years ago, and I never understood packing cubes until I got them. They keep my suitcase so organized -it’s the best!!!
Polarized Sunglasses. I love the look of sunglasses and I love not squinting, but anything that’s not polarized feels so dim for my eyes. I found this inexpensive pair of darling green polarized sunglasses and these will absolutely be coming with me. I love them!
Pill organizer. How cool is this pill organizer? It has a slot for every day of the week, and if you only are traveling for a couple of days, you can unscrew the sections you don’t need. So smart.
A good beach read. Of course if I’m heading on a beach trip I’m bringing a beach read! This is the one I picked up for this trip to Europe.
Chic waterproof sandal. These sandals keep selling out, and for good reason because they’re SO comfortable, super chic, and a great beach or pool or everyday sandal. I bought these last week and I’m absolutely bringing these to Europe with me for all the outfits.
Stay tuned cause I’m figuring out my packing list right now, and will soon share my entire packing list of everything I’m bringing to Europe.
