The boys requested ground beef tacos this week, and since PW was gone for dinner, this was an easy and quick dinner that was perfect for just the kids and me.
Thursday:Â Best Baked Macaroni and Cheese
I’ve been making this baked macaroni for YEARS and it’s so good. Great flavors, crispy top, and super cheesy. The kids love it. I always serve with a green veggie to hopefully balance it out a little bit.
Friday:Â BBQ Chicken Pizza
We love pizza night every Friday! The boys always request BBQ Chicken Pizza, so we have it almost every weekend. We use Mel’s Kitchen Cafe’s pizza crust and add BBQ sauce, cheese, grilled chicken frozen corn, and fresh jalapeños. We top with crispy onions and a drizzle of BBQ sauce when it gets out of the oven, and it’s delicious.

Since Saturday was the first official day of fall, we’re doing our fall fest for Sunday dinner. I’m making these braised short ribs, which just seem like such a good fall dish, and then some yummy crostinis that I’ve made before and are DELICIOUS, and then finishing with blackberry crumble with vanilla ice cream.
