Time for this week’s dinner ideas! It was a really busy week with a lot of events, but I loved the time we had to eat together at home.

Our weekly menu will give you some good dinner ideas

Time for this week’s dinner ideas! While we had a lot more meals out/leftovers than normal, I still wanted to share what a busy week of dinners looks like for us.

Here’s a quick review of our weekly dinners:

Monday: Leftovers

Tuesday: Shredded Beef Tacos

Wednesday: Free Choice

Thursday: Charity Event

Friday: Mavericks Game

Saturday: BBQ Chicken Pizza

Sunday: Lasagana

Sunday Dessert: Ooey Gooey Butter Cake Bars

Turkey Noodle Soup

On Sunday last week, we made a traditional Thanksgiving turkey dinner since we were in Mexico for Thanksgiving. We always do turkey soup with the leftover turkey, and it’s the best!

BBQ Pizza

This is our favorite pizza. We put grilled chicken, BBQ sauce, frozen corn, and fresh jalapeños on it.

Lasagna

I don’t make lasagna very often cause it’s pretty involved, but it’s a good Sunday night dinner. This one is delicious and pretty simple!

Ooey Gooey Butter Cake Bars

This is one of my all time favorite desserts. It’s pretty easy to make and super rich and filled with butter (hence the name) but it is SO delicious. If you’ve never tried it, you must!

Weekly Menu, September 11-17

Time for this week’s dinner ideas! This week’s meals were perfectly easy, quick, and delicious for a busy schedule!

Our weekly menu will give you some good dinner ideas!

This week our meals were simple and delicious! All of these dinners are perfect for busy weeknights and sure to be a win for the whole family.

Here’s a quick review of our weekly dinners:

Monday: Chicken Burrito Bowls

These are an easy week night meal that everyone loves! The best part is that everyone builds their own, so they’re guaranteed to like it!

Tuesday: Meatball Sub Sandwiches

My boys requested this one and it’s so easy to make. I love making homemade meatballs cause they’re so much better than anything else, but for this recipe I just use frozen meatballs and store bought sauce — easy peasy!

Wednesday: Waffles

Trust me when I say this is the ultimate waffle recipe. It’s light and fluffy and super crispy on the outside. Literally perfect. If you need a good waffle recipe, this is it.

Thursday: Soup Dumplings and Boba Smoothies

We have yet to find a good soup dumpling place in Saint Louis, but these frozen ones are actually really similar to our favorites. They come frozen and ready to steam!

Friday: BBQ Chicken Pizza

We love having homemade pizza on Fridays! BBQ chicken is our go to recipe…we always use Mel’s Kitchen cafe’s pizza dough, and add cheese, bbq sauce, grilled chicken, frozen corn, and fresh jalapeños. So good!

Saturday: Date Night

Sunday: Bolognese

Thanks for the great tips. If skinny jeans are long enough to go inside the boot, they should be cuffed, right? Thank you!
