Time for this week’s dinner ideas! There were a ton of really warm and comforting meals this week.

Our weekly menu will give you some good dinner ideas

Time for this week’s dinner ideas! It was cooler this week, so a lot of our dinners were warm and comforting. We also tried some new recipes that were fantastic!

Here’s a quick review of our weekly dinners:

I’m going to add this little overview every week so you can see our true full weekly menu to get dinner ideas.

Monday: Wonton Soup – but we actually had leftovers instead!

Tuesday: Ordered Pho – it was a really busy work week for me.

Wednesday: Breakfast Sandwiches

Thursday: Proscuitto Pasta

FridayBBQ Pizza with Corn and Jalapenos

Saturday: Family date night out to eat

Sunday: Lasagna

Sunday Dessert: Scotcheroos

Wonton Soup

We were supposed to have this for dinner on Monday, but we had tons of leftovers so we had those instead. So I’ll probably make it next week since I bought all the ingredients. I’ve made it before and it’s delicious!

Breakfast Sandwiches

These were super easy to make and so delicious! I whipped them up in just a few minutes so they were a perfect busy school night meal and everyone gobbled them up.

Prosciutto Pasta

I hate olives, but I put them just on Philip’s side and the rest of it was delicious. Plus it was super simple and easy. I used canned diced tomatoes instead of fresh and that worked out great, and the prosciutto was a fun unexpected addition.

BBQ Chicken Pizza with Corn and Jalapenos

We love our BBQ chicken pizza for Fridays! I can’t get my kids to agree on anything else so we continue to make this one and it’s amazing every time. We don’t do bacon, just grilled chicken, corn, jalapeños, and Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce.

Lasagna

I’ve made this lasagna before and it’s fantastic. Easy to put together and the flavor is so good. And it’s even better on day two!

Scotcheroos

If you haven’t tried this dessert, you’re missing out. It’s amazing. We always refrigerate ours to harden the chocolate layer and then take it out of the fridge for out about 5 minutes until the Rice Krispies are softer and easier to eat.
