Time for this week’s dinner ideas! It was a really busy week with a lot of events, but I loved the time we had to eat together at home.

Our weekly menu will give you some good dinner ideas

Time for this week’s dinner ideas! While we had a lot more meals out/leftovers than normal, I still wanted to share what a busy week of dinners looks like for us.

Here’s a quick review of our weekly dinners:

Monday: Leftovers

Tuesday: Shredded Beef Tacos

Wednesday: Free Choice

Thursday: Charity Event

Friday: Mavericks Game

Saturday: BBQ Chicken Pizza

Sunday: Lasagana

Sunday Dessert: Ooey Gooey Butter Cake Bars

Turkey Noodle Soup

On Sunday last week, we made a traditional Thanksgiving turkey dinner since we were in Mexico for Thanksgiving. We always do turkey soup with the leftover turkey, and it’s the best!

BBQ Pizza

This is our favorite pizza. We put grilled chicken, BBQ sauce, frozen corn, and fresh jalapeños on it.

Lasagna

I don’t make lasagna very often cause it’s pretty involved, but it’s a good Sunday night dinner. This one is delicious and pretty simple!

Ooey Gooey Butter Cake Bars

This is one of my all time favorite desserts. It’s pretty easy to make and super rich and filled with butter (hence the name) but it is SO delicious. If you’ve never tried it, you must!

Weekly Menu-July 6-12

Time for this week’s dinner ideas! This week’s meals were perfectly easy, quick, and delicious for a busy summer schedule!

Our weekly menu will give you some good dinner ideas!

Last week was the Fourth of July so we had a few days of dinners out and BBQing with friends, and this week we headed to Utah for a family reunion. So this menu is from Thursday to Wednesday since those are the days I cooked. Summer is always busy, but these were some easy and yummy meals I made.

Here’s a quick review of our weekly dinners:

Thursday: Veggies and Sausage Skillet

This was super simple and yummy. My kids didn’t love all the veggies (I added some extra cause I had some in the fridge I needed to use) but they picked out what they liked and everyone loved the cooked sausage. I served with a fruit salad.

Friday: BBQ Pizza

This is our Friday night tradition…homemade pizza! We always use this dough recipe, and we make our favorite BBQ chicken with BBQ sauce, Mexican blend cheese, grilled chicken, jalapeños, and frozen corn. So yummy.

Saturday: Mom out of town

Sunday: Creamy Roasted Ricotta Pasta with Crispy Prosciutto

I love a good pink sauce pasta and this one was super simple and delicious. Everyone was a huge fan of the crispy prosciutto on this!

Monday: Turkey Melt with Cheddar, Spinach, and Bacon

Philip was out of town for a few days, so I made these super easy sandwiches for dinner for the boys and me and they were so good. The boys asked for them for lunch the next day cause they loved them so much!

Tuesday: Creamy Tomato Soup

My boys have been obsessed with grilled cheese sandwiches lately, so I made them with tomato soup for another easy weeknight meal. This soup was simple and super delicious.

Wednesday: Leftovers
