Time for this week’s dinner ideas! It was a really busy week with a lot of events, but I loved the time we had to eat together at home.

Our weekly menu will give you some good dinner ideas

Time for this week’s dinner ideas! While we had a lot more meals out/leftovers than normal, I still wanted to share what a busy week of dinners looks like for us.

Here’s a quick review of our weekly dinners:

Monday: Leftovers

Tuesday: Shredded Beef Tacos

Wednesday: Free Choice

Thursday: Charity Event

Friday: Mavericks Game

Saturday: BBQ Chicken Pizza

Sunday: Lasagana

Sunday Dessert: Ooey Gooey Butter Cake Bars

Turkey Noodle Soup

On Sunday last week, we made a traditional Thanksgiving turkey dinner since we were in Mexico for Thanksgiving. We always do turkey soup with the leftover turkey, and it’s the best!

BBQ Pizza

This is our favorite pizza. We put grilled chicken, BBQ sauce, frozen corn, and fresh jalapeños on it.

I don’t make lasagna very often cause it’s pretty involved, but it’s a good Sunday night dinner. This one is delicious and pretty simple!

Ooey Gooey Butter Cake Bars

This is one of my all time favorite desserts. It’s pretty easy to make and super rich and filled with butter (hence the name) but it is SO delicious. If you’ve never tried it, you must!

shrimp boil

Shrimp Boil

I’ve been making this recipe for a few years and my kids always love it. It’s so easy to throw everything on a pan and cook. It’s a perfect weeknight meal!

I asked my 6 year old what he wanted for dinner this week and he requested hamburgers. An easy and family approved weeknight meal! I’ll be serving with roasted shishito peppers.

Italian wedding soup

Italian Wedding Soup

I’ve made this soup a few times and it’s always a crowd pleaser with the boys, even with the added spinach! I just chop it really fine so its not much of an issue. You could also add it to the meatballs!

Mushroom Bacon Pizza

BBQ Pizza

My boys love our weekly homemade pizza night, and I’m making BBQ chicken, one of our favorites! I always use this pizza dough cause it’s easy and delicious.

pot roast

Classic Pot Roast

I don’t really use a recipe for roast — I just throw a bunch of veggies into the crockpot with a beef roast, and it’s perfect at dinner time! This recipe calls for the basic potatoes, onions, and carrots, but we also add celery and mushrooms. Delicious!

Caramel stuffed brownie cookies

Crinkly Caramel Stuffed Brownie Cookies

I guess we’re having a Half Baked Harvest kind of Sunday! These cookies looked too good not to try.
