Last Sunday, we made our own Thanksgiving dinner at home, so this week we ate a lot of leftover turkey, plus a few other delicious recipes!
Our weekly menu will give you some good dinner ideas
Last week we were out of town at the beach for Thanksgiving. When we got home, we made a Thanksgiving feast, and this week we made lots of leftovers with our turkey!
If you need some other ideas, check out all my past weekly menus RIGHT HERE.
Turkey Noodle Soup
This recipe is the same as chicken noodle soup, just with turkey. It’s comforting, it’s delicious, and a perfect way to use up all that leftover turkey.
Turkey Tureen Soup
This is my Grannie’s famous turkey soup recipe. We all make it the day after Thanksgiving, and it’s comfort food at its finest.
Tons of you asked for the recipe when I shared it on instagram the other day, so I wrote it out RIGHT HERE.
French Dip Sandwiches
On busy work days, I love making a simple crockpot dinner that’s ready at the end of the day. This French Dip Sandwich recipe was perfect. It was a quick sear and saute for the meat and onions, then in the crock pot to cook all day.
I used Take-and-Bake ciabatta rolls for the bread, and served with fruit and chips. Easy, peasy.
Red Beans and Rice
This is Philip’s favorite dinner. It’s super easy and tastes delicious. My only recommendation is to put the sausage in an hour before it’s done cooking, rather than cooking it the whole time. Cooking it the whole time makes it a bit mushy.
I serve with rice and cornbread!
White Chocolate Raspberry Tart
We’re trying a new dessert after Sunday dinner this week — this tart looks amazing!
Great blog. Do you ever try leathers or moto gears as well?
