This week we had a lot of leftovers, and a few easy, kid friendly meals. Check out what we made!
Our weekly menu will give you some good dinner ideas
Making a weekly menu is so helpful for my sanity and keeping our home running smoothly! If you need some other ideas, check out all my past weekly menus RIGHT HERE.
Breakfast burritos
These breakfast burritos are so simple and quick for a night when you don’t have much time to cook. We also add tater tots to the burritos instead of potatoes!
Homemade hamburgers
My boys have been begging for hamburgers for weeks! I finally made them and they’re so easy to make at home, even without grilling. I bought fresh rolls for buns, and cooked the patties on my stovetop. Super easy!
Bacon mushroom pizza
We haven’t had one of our favorite pizzas in a while! I always use THIS PIZZA DOUGH.
This pizza is so easy to make:
- a drizzle of olive oil for the sauce
- cooked bacon
- sauteed mushrooms
- cheddar cheese on top
Cook at 500 degrees F for 10 minutes.
Chicken Fried Steak
My husband and oldest son LOVE chicken fried steak, but I’ve never made it at home before! We’re giving it a whirl for Sunday dinner today.
I’m serving it with mashed potatoes and broccoli.
