Last week we got our Blue Apron box, so we made two of those, plus a few other really good recipes in our weekly menu!

Our weekly menu will give you some good dinner ideas

Making a weekly menu is so helpful for my sanity and keeping our home running smoothly! If you need some other ideas, check out all my past weekly menus RIGHT HERE.

Sausage and Pepper Pasta

This is an easy pasta dish that takes less than 30 minutes to put together, and it’s easy to sneak some peppers into it. I just chop them up small so they’re less obvious!

You can make it more or less spicy depending on how many hot peppers you put in!

Sante Fe Chicken Foil Packets

I love a foil packet dinner! These chicken packets are easy and great for customizing — everyone can put in what they’d like! Philip always puts more jalapenos in his food, and the boys put none.

Spicy beef gnocchi with zucchini

This was one of our Blue Apron meals this week, and it was super easy to put together, and so good. It was hearty and flavorful, and I put in less chile paste so it wasn’t as spicy.

If you’re feeling stressed this season, I highly recommend trying out Blue Apron! It takes the planning and the shopping out of it, and every meal is quick and simple to put together.

You can get $60 off your first 3 boxes here, if you want to give it a try!

Calabrian Shrimp & Spaghetti Squash

This was another Blue Apron recipe we made this week. It was a HUGE HIT. Even my 4 year old devoured it! The toasted breadcrumbs, the flavorful spaghetti squash, and the fresh shrimp just made for a really good combination. Highly recommend.

And remember, if you want to try Blue Apron, you can get $60 off your first 3 boxes here!

Sausage and Ricotta Pizza

We’ve been making the same 2-3 pizza recipes for a while now, so we branched out this week with some sausage and ricotta pizza! It was good!

We always use THIS PIZZA CRUST from Mels Kitchen Cafe.

Spicy Pork Tinga Tacos

We make these tacos every few months cause they’re just so freaking good. If you haven’t made them yet, DO IT.
