Ok, time for the final report! Here are my original pins:
1. With many beach days ahead of us this summer, I wanted to add a few coverups to my closet. I loved this one from j.crew, but wasn’t interested in forking over seventy eight dollars for it. With around ten dollars worth of materials from the fabric store, I made this one and love how it turned out. I was down to the wire on this project so I didn’t get a photo of myself wearing it, but on Friday I’ll post the tutorial along with some photos of it on. For now, you’ll have to trust me when I say it’s really cute.
2. I posted about making this delicious soup here.
3. I duplicated this cute outfit and posted about it here.
4. I made these delicious banana pops and posted about them (with my slightly adapted recipe) here. Mmmm….they were so good.
5. I was really hoping to make a few pairs of leggings for Buck using this tutorial, but this is the only pair I ever got around to making. I posted about them here. I think they’re so cute, but I still want to make a few more pairs with fabric painted patterns. We’ll see if I ever get around to it…
6. And finally, I’ve been wanting to make a striped shirt using Liz’s tutorial for months (I pinned it 44 weeks ago, according to pinterest!!), and this challenge finally gave me the kick in the pants that I needed. I had a hard time deciding what color to make the stripes, but finally settled on mustard. I love how it turned out. I was super late on this project too, so a photo of me wearing it will come soon!
So how did you guys do on your Pinterest challenge? Link up below so we can see, and then go check out Janssen and Landen’s wrap-up posts and see how they did!

Yay, you did such a good job! I can't wait to see the cover-up tutorial, you have the best tutorials 🙂
You're so nice! I'm super excited to share that cover-up tutorial — it's going to be a good one, I think!
Love this. What a great idea!! We pin so many things but do we actually do them.

Your duplicate outfit with the stripes is way better than the pin! In Love!!

Thank you– you're so nice!
This challenge was brilliant. It was such a great motivator. Thank you!
You're welcome! Glad you participated!
I'm am almost done! Posted my "Grand Finale" link, but have just a tiny bit to finish up still. I guess it could count as 5.8 instead of 4.8 done since I did a recipe off my Pinterest boards but didn't count it since it wasn't in my original 6 that I chose. I'll post the link to the last full pin when I finish it up this weekend.
Car carrier is done with link added. Just have to finish the quilting & binding on the car race track quilt. Hoping to have the link for that in less than a week.
Thank you so much for putting this together. I had a lot of fun, and learned a lot. I can't wait to do it again!
I'm so lame! Out of the six, I completed four–and three of those are still sitting in draft posts waiting for final photos to be added! Embarrassing. However, I'm still going to truck through and finish. Who would have thought that finishing ONE project a week would be so challenging??!
