I love hearing about other people’s favorite things. These are some of my favorite things right now, from my favorite item of jewelry, to the audiobook I’m obsessed with currently.
I just mentioned these exercise tanks last week in my post about my favorite summer exercise clothing. They are by far my favorite tanks I own. They’re super soft, so comfortable, and a perfect cropped fit (but they also come in long). The Brami Crop and Ribbed Brami are the two styles I own, and if I had to choose between the two I’d say the Ribbed Brami is my all time favorite.
I just finished listening to a novel by Jane Morton (who I love), and my sister recommended I listen to As You Wish, which is a book written by Cary Elwes, who plays Wesley in The Princess Bride. I grew up watching that movie (you pr0bably did too), and hearing him recount his experiences being cast as the part of Wesley, learning to sword fight, meeting and sharing stories about Andre the Giant, and so much more, is just absolutely delightful. I’m laughing out loud, getting teary, and smiling through the whole thing.
If you’re a fan, get this audiobook right now and listen. I’m sure it’s fun to read too, but I’m LOVING hearing it in his own voice.
Also I’m having a blast recounting stories to Philip and my boys. Now I want to watch the movie again.
I’m a huge baseball cap fan, and I just added this cream colored one to my closet for summer. It’s so comfortable, I love the leather details, and it goes with everything.
I own a few other coin necklaces, but when I saw this oversized one for a great price on Amazon, I snagged it. It’s the perfect size, good quality, and adds a fun statement to any outfit.
I showed one of these Artis brushes on my Instagram last week and got tons of questions about it. And they gave me a discount code to share with you guys – 25MERRICK for 25% off.
It’s a very unique style of makeup brush, and doesn’t suck up or waste your product, gives you a really beautiful smooth coverage, and is super crazy soft.
They have lots of different sizes, but Oval 7 is the best one for applying BB Cream or foundation, in my opinion. It’s pricey, but the quality is unreal and it’s a brush you can use for years.
