Time for this week’s dinner ideas! All of our meals this week were repeats and family favorites, it’s a good time to try some out for yourself.

Our weekly menu will give you some good dinner ideas

Time for this week’s dinner ideas! I love a week full of simple but good recipes

Here’s a quick review of our weekly dinners:

I’m going to add this little overview every week so you can see our true full weekly menu to get dinner ideas.

Monday: Fry Bread Tacos

Tuesday: Leftovers

Wednesday: Chicken Noodle Soup

Thursday: Leftovers

(We don’t usually do leftovers twice in a week, but we have lots right now and don’t want to waste!)

Friday: Bacon and Mushroom Pizza

Saturday: Out to Eat

Sunday: Lasagna

Sunday Dessert: Nutella Sandwich Cookies

Fry Bread Tacos

This is a family favorite. The fry bread is easy to make and the whole meal can come together in less than 30 minutes. We usually have an extra or two that the boys will cover with melted butter and honey. Delish!

Chicken Noodle Soup

We were supposed to have shrimp tacos for dinner, but Philip wasn’t feeling great so I made a quick change and made him some chicken noodle soup. It’s always a good option when it’s freezing outside and you’re not feeling good.

Bacon and Mushroom Pizza

We put this on the menu a few weeks ago and then we didn’t make it, so we put it back on for this week. It’s so good and unique!

We used THIS PIZZA DOUGH RECIPE and it was amazing, cooked it at 500 degrees on a pizza stone, and used these toppings:

Pizza toppings:

  • 1 TB olive oil
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped mushrooms
  • 3/4 lb. cooked bacon
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese

Lasagna

If you’re looking for a good lasagna recipe, this is it. It’s pretty easy and DELICIOUS.

Nutella Sandwich Cookies

We’re trying a new cookie recipe for Sunday dessert  — we all love Nutella in our house, so these should be a hit!
