5 Favorite Things This Month

5 April Favorites

I’m back with another 5 favorite things post! Here are my most used items from April!

5 favorite things I’m loving this month.

Putting together these 5 favorites post every month has been so fun. I love sharing what’s worked for me at home, in my beauty routine, and more. Here are the five things I used over and over in April!

1. Tinted Wonderscreen face sunscreenThis is one of my all-time favorite products from Dime Beauty. They came out with a non tinted version last year, and honestly I didn’t love it. But when the tinted version came out, I was immediately obsessed. The color is just enough tint, it makes you glowy, and it stays put all day. It’s also clean! My code MERRICK works for 20% off anything on their site, and if you get anything, get this sunscreen and the Blue Facial Oil.

2. Kizik Vegas Sneakers. I’ve heard about Kizik sneakers for about a year, and finally got a pair after hearing rave reviews about them. They’re designed to slip on without crushing the heel, and they work so well! They’re a great shoe for kids or elderly or disabled people who struggle to tie their shoes, but also they’re just great for all people who want to slip on their shoes quickly without tying or crushing the back of the heel. My code MERRICK15 works for 15% off, and the Vegas style is my favorite. So chic and comes in a few pretty colors. I have the blush and I’m obsessed.

3. Madewell Sunglasses. I just got this pair of madewell sunglasses and they are my new favorite. The shape, the size, the color…it’s all so good. They’re also small enough to fit well underneath baseball hats and during the summer that is majorly important for my weekly hat wearing!

4. Anthropologie Earrings. One of my all time favorite earrings is back in stock and available in gold AND silver! These are so chic and fun to wear. They are super oversized and make every outfit look cool, but they’re not super heavy and they are gold and just a hoop so they feel classic despite the size.

5. Charlotte Tilbury Blush. I went to Sephora with Kristy a few months ago and she told me to buy this blush. I hadn’t used a cream blush in a while, so it took a little getting used to, but now i’m obsessed. The color is so good and natural but still vibrant, and it gives you a really pretty glow as well. No highlighter even needed! I recommend apply one dot and brushing with a makeup brush quickly, then moving to the other size. I find that the liquid can lift my foundation or bronzer below it if I let it sit, so work quickly. I have the color “pinkgasm.”
