Our weekly menu will give you some good dinner ideas!
This week we made a simple, delicious meals that were a hit for the whole family! It was a busy week so we made dinners that were easy and family favorites!
Here’s a quick review of our weekly dinners:
Monday: Pancakes, Eggs, and Bacon
This is our all time favorite pancake recipe, and a quick and easy weeknight meal when you feel like breakfast for dinner. I served with eggs and bacon!
Tuesday: Italian Wedding Soup
I’ve made this soup a few times before and the meatballs are THE BEST, so whenever I make meatballs for spaghetti and meatballs or meatball subs, I make the meatballs from this Italian soup recipe. I just cook them in the oven for about 18 minutes at 425F.
Wednesday: One Pan Chicken Thighs with roasted cauliflower
I saved this recipe a few weeks ago on Instagram and they were so easy and so delicious! I skipped the dipping sauce since my family isn’t really into dipping sauce like this, and I served with roasted cauliflower. Yum!
Thursday: Chicken Lettuce Wraps
I haven’t made lettuce wraps in ages, but it’s a really simple and delicious dinner that everyone loves. And those who didn’t want the lettuce could wrap them in tortillas. Easy!
Friday: BBQ Chicken Pizza
This is our long standing favorite homemade pizza. I’ve been making this recipe for a few years and we make it with BBQ sauce, grilled chicken, frozen corn, and fresh jalapeños, and then top with crispy onions when serving. It’s so good. I use Mel’s Kitchen Cafe’s recipe for the dough and it’s always a winner.
Saturday: Out to Dinner
Sunday: Spicy Pork Tinga Tacos
I’ve made this recipe so many times – it’s a family favorite and a definite crowd pleaser. It makes a ton, so it’s always good for leftovers the next week.
