Time for this week’s dinner ideas! It was a really busy week with a lot of events, but I loved the time we had to eat together at home.

Our weekly menu will give you some good dinner ideas

Time for this week’s dinner ideas! While we had a lot more meals out/leftovers than normal, I still wanted to share what a busy week of dinners looks like for us.

Here’s a quick review of our weekly dinners:

Monday: Leftovers

Tuesday: Shredded Beef Tacos

Wednesday: Free Choice

Thursday: Charity Event

Friday: Mavericks Game

Saturday: BBQ Chicken Pizza

Sunday: Lasagana

Sunday Dessert: Ooey Gooey Butter Cake Bars

Turkey Noodle Soup

On Sunday last week, we made a traditional Thanksgiving turkey dinner since we were in Mexico for Thanksgiving. We always do turkey soup with the leftover turkey, and it’s the best!

BBQ Pizza

This is our favorite pizza. We put grilled chicken, BBQ sauce, frozen corn, and fresh jalapeños on it.

Lasagna

I don’t make lasagna very often cause it’s pretty involved, but it’s a good Sunday night dinner. This one is delicious and pretty simple!

Ooey Gooey Butter Cake Bars

This is one of my all time favorite desserts. It’s pretty easy to make and super rich and filled with butter (hence the name) but it is SO delicious. If you’ve never tried it, you must!

Weekly Menu, October 16 – 22

Time for this week’s dinner ideas! This week’s meals were perfectly easy, quick, and delicious for a busy schedule!

Our weekly menu will give you some good dinner ideas!

This week our meals were simple and delicious! We had some great dinners that are perfect for busy weeknights!

Here’s a quick review of our weekly dinners:

Monday: Migas with Homemade Tortillas

Migas are a super yummy and easy weeknight meal..they’re basically just egg tacos! You can add whatever else you’d like and make it as simple or hearty as you’d like. I love meals like this cause they let my kids customize it however they’d like.

Tuesday: Hamburgers and Fries

My boys requested burgers this week, so this was a quick weeknight meal that made everyone happy. I served with fruit and frozen fries.

Wednesday: Teriyaki Skewers

My boys love these delicious skewers, and I’ll usually marinade and then go light on the sauce when I’m grilling. I’m serving with corn on the cob!

Thursday: Smothered Pork Burritos

My oldest requested these pork burritos, and actually they’re easy to make if you cook the meat in the crockpot all day and then assemble in the evening.

Friday: BBQ Pizza

Everyone loves pizza Friday! We were out of town last week for pizza Friday so we’re doing our regular BBQ chicken pizza this week.

Saturday: Out to Eat

Sunday: Spaghetti and Homemade Meatballs and Garlic Toast
