Time for this week’s dinner ideas! The boys helped pick a lot of the meals this week, and there’s some good ones in here!

Our weekly menu will give you some good dinner ideas

Time for this week’s dinner ideas! I love having the boys help pick out dinners – it helps me know that they’ll actually eat and they love getting to help out with planning.

Here’s a quick review of our weekly dinners:

I’m going to add this little overview every week so you can see our true full weekly menu to get dinner ideas.

Monday: Wonton Soup and Glazed Carrots

Tuesday: Leftovers

Wednesday: Meatball Soup

Thursday: Hamburgers

FridayBBQ Pizza with Corn and Jalapenos

SaturdayMom and Dad date night

SundaySteak, Lobster, and Grilled Scallops

Sunday Dessert: Blackberry Crisp

Wonton Soup

I put this recipe on last week’s menu but didn’t make it until this week. But it was worth the wait! I doubled the wonton recipe and cooked half in oil to make them crispy, and put the other half in the soup. This recipe is fantastic. Make it.

Glazed Carrots

I’ve been craving cooked carrots, so I found this recipe online and gave it a go. I used baby carrots, and cooked the entire back, and we have about four times too much glaze. Definitely cut back on the glaze if you make them, but these were delicious!

Meatball Soup

I had my kids help me with the menu this week and my 11 year old chose this recipe. I also doubled the recipe for the meatballs because that’s everybody’s favorite part.

Burgers

My youngest chose this recipe for this week because burgers are his very favorite. Super easy weeknight dinner and I buy the Arby’s curly fries in the freezer section and make them in the air fryer. They taste just like the real deal!

BBQ Chicken Pizza

Surprise surprise, barbecue pizza for Friday night! We literally have it every week. I use a Mels Kitchen Cafe‘s pizza dough.

Steak, Lobster and Grilled Scallops

We’re having friends over for Sunday dinner and since it’s been perfect weather, we’re grilling. We get our steaks, lobster, and scallops from Butcher Box.

Blackberry Crisp

Since it’s almost Thanksgiving and we’re having friends over, pie seemed like the right idea. I love a good berry pie, so I’m making this berry crumble pie. It’s delicious, and I always make double the crumble topping.
