Here is this week’s menu! We love sharing our dinner ideas and this week’s recipes were a hit!

Our weekly menu will give you some good dinner ideas

Time for this weeks dinner ideas! It was a lighter week because it was a BUSY week (the last week of school always is!). But, we still enjoyed some of our favorite meals between all the madness. Hopefully they will give you good dinner ideas!

Chicken Noodle Soup

This is the best homemade chicken noodle soup ever. I’ve made it a ton of times, and the homemade broth is to die for. I usually make it over two days…I cook the chicken and make the broth (just adding the onion, carrot, and celery scraps, and once it’s cooked I put it in the fridge overnight. The next day I heat up the broth again, strain it out, shred the chicken, and then use the clean broth and chicken to make the soup as normal. It’s a little more tedious, but it’s a little more streamline than trying to cook the whole chicken in the pot at the same time as the soup.

Best Homemade Hamburgers

We had a welcome-to-summer celebration dinner on Saturday night, and had burgers — the boys favorite!

40-Minute Hamburger Buns

If you’re afraid of yeast breads, seriously try these rolls. They come out perfectly every time, they’re a little bit sweet, super fluffy, and so good as rolls or hamburger buns. Plus they only take 40 minutes start to finish!

Green Chile in the Crockpot

I haven’t made green Chile in a while, so it felt like time. This is THE BEST recipe ever, and so good with homemade tortillas. We always use this tortilla recipe.
