Time for this week’s dinner ideas! It was a really busy week with a lot of events, but I loved the time we had to eat together at home.

Our weekly menu will give you some good dinner ideas

Time for this week’s dinner ideas! While we had a lot more meals out/leftovers than normal, I still wanted to share what a busy week of dinners looks like for us.

Here’s a quick review of our weekly dinners:

Monday: Leftovers

Tuesday: Shredded Beef Tacos

Wednesday: Free Choice

Thursday: Charity Event

Friday: Mavericks Game

Saturday: BBQ Chicken Pizza

Sunday: Lasagana

Sunday Dessert: Ooey Gooey Butter Cake Bars

Turkey Noodle Soup

On Sunday last week, we made a traditional Thanksgiving turkey dinner since we were in Mexico for Thanksgiving. We always do turkey soup with the leftover turkey, and it’s the best!

BBQ Pizza

This is our favorite pizza. We put grilled chicken, BBQ sauce, frozen corn, and fresh jalapeños on it.

Lasagna

I don’t make lasagna very often cause it’s pretty involved, but it’s a good Sunday night dinner. This one is delicious and pretty simple!

Ooey Gooey Butter Cake Bars

This is one of my all time favorite desserts. It’s pretty easy to make and super rich and filled with butter (hence the name) but it is SO delicious. If you’ve never tried it, you must!

Time for this week’s dinner ideas! We ate some delicious tacos, a great chicken recipe, and ended the week with one of our family favorites!

Our weekly menu will give you some good dinner ideas!

This week’s dinners turned out delicious! We started this week on Spring Break at a cabin and started getting back into our normal routine for the second half of the week. We had a mix of simple, cooking meals and quick, frozen dishes, but everything turned out really good!

Here’s a quick review of our weekly dinners:

Monday: Ground Beef Tacos

Tuesday: Frozen Tortellini

Wednesday: Lemon Chicken Over Spaghetti Noodles

ThursdaySteak Tacos

Friday: Frozen Pizza

Saturday: Out to Eat

Sunday: Cafe Rio Burritos with pinto beans and cilantro lime rice

Beef Tacos

Ground Beef Tacos

Tacos were an easy meal the boys requested for our last night at the cabin!

Frozen Tortellini

We got home from spring break on Tuesday afternoon so I scrounged up some sauce and frozen tortellini for dinner. Easy and everyone was happy.

lemon chicken

Lemon Chicken Recipe

This was a simple and tasty recipe that everyone enjoyed!

steak tacos

Steak Tacos

I’ve been trying to use up some of the meat in our freezer, so I pulled a few steaks out and make steak tacos. Easy for a weeknight, and everyone loved them. I served with avocado, fresh cheese, and homemade tortillas.

Frozen Pizza

Usually we have homemade pizza on Fridays, but we went to the Maverick’s basketball game on Friday and had to leave early, so I pulled a few frozen pizzas out of the freezer (I never have them, but we got them accidentally in a Walmart delivery order so they’ve been sitting there for months), and actually the boys loved it and gobbled it down. Win win!

cafe rio

Cafe Rio Burritos with Pinto Beans and Cilantro Lime Rice

This is one our favorite meals ever. It’s definitely a labor of love cooking the meat the night before and then cooking all the sides, but it’s worth it and makes lots of amazing leftovers.
