Time for this week’s dinner ideas! We started off the week with a great grilled meal and continued to make some great dishes.

Our weekly menu will give you some good dinner ideas

Time for this week’s dinner ideas! We started off this week with a great meal for the 4th of July, and it kept getting better from there!

Here’s a quick review of our weekly dinners:

I’m going to add this little overview every week so you can see our true full weekly menu to get dinner ideas.

Monday: Grilled Steak and Burgers

Tuesday: Sausage and Orzo Soup

Wednesday: Chicken Primavera and Angel Hair Pasta

Thursday: Leftovers

Friday: BBQ Chicken Pizza

Saturday:  Date Night

Sunday: Green Chile Stew with Fresh Cheese and Tortillas

Sunday Dessert: Rolo Cobbler with Vanilla Ice Cream

Grilled Steak, Burgers, Watermelon and Corn

For the 4th of July, we grilled burgers and steaks (using our ButcherBox meat of course). Super simple and delicious. We added corn and watermelon for a perfect summer meal.

Sausage and Orzo Soup

I’ve made this soup a few times and it’s simple, healthy, and hearty. I especially love the orzo pasta in there!

Chicken Primavera With Angel Hair Pasta

If you need an easy and super healthy weeknight meal, this is it. I’ve made it a bunch of times and it’s so flavorful and packed with veggies. My boys don’t love all the veggies, but they’ll eat the meat and the noodles!

BBQ Chicken Pizza

Friday is our homemade pizza night and this BBQ chicken pizza is our favorite. I use Mels Kitchen Cafe’s pizza dough recipe, Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ sauce, grilled chicken, fresh jalapeños, frozen corn, and fiesta blend cheese. We top with crispy fried onions and it’s delicious!

Green Chile Verde

This is one of our favorite recipes ever. It’s fairly easy to put together and then cooks in the slow cooker all day. It comes out tasting as good as a restaurant!! I always make it with homemade tortillas.

Rolo Cobbler With Vanilla Ice Cream

My boys are obsessed with rolos, so we had to try out this rolo cobbler recipe for Sunday dessert! It looks super rich and heavy, but we’re willing to take the risk, ha!
