Time for this week’s dinner ideas! It was a really busy week with a lot of events, but I loved the time we had to eat together at home.

Our weekly menu will give you some good dinner ideas

Time for this week’s dinner ideas! While we had a lot more meals out/leftovers than normal, I still wanted to share what a busy week of dinners looks like for us.

Here’s a quick review of our weekly dinners:

Monday: Leftovers

Tuesday: Shredded Beef Tacos

Wednesday: Free Choice

Thursday: Charity Event

Friday: Mavericks Game

Saturday: BBQ Chicken Pizza

Sunday: Lasagana

Sunday Dessert: Ooey Gooey Butter Cake Bars

Turkey Noodle Soup

On Sunday last week, we made a traditional Thanksgiving turkey dinner since we were in Mexico for Thanksgiving. We always do turkey soup with the leftover turkey, and it’s the best!

BBQ Pizza

This is our favorite pizza. We put grilled chicken, BBQ sauce, frozen corn, and fresh jalapeños on it.

Lasagna

I don’t make lasagna very often cause it’s pretty involved, but it’s a good Sunday night dinner. This one is delicious and pretty simple!

Ooey Gooey Butter Cake Bars

This is one of my all time favorite desserts. It’s pretty easy to make and super rich and filled with butter (hence the name) but it is SO delicious. If you’ve never tried it, you must!

Time for this week’s dinner ideas! This week’s meals were perfectly easy, quick, and delicious for a busy summer schedule!

Our weekly menu will give you some good dinner ideas!

Phillip was out of town at the start of the week so we stuck with recipes that were extra simple and the boys chose some great meals for their cooking nights. This week our meals were simple and delicious!

Here’s a quick review of our weekly dinners:

Sunday: Ground Beef Tacos and Corn on the Cob

Philip was out of town on Sunday for work, so instead of the pork Tinga tacos I’d planned, I made ground beef tacos. Everyone was happy and they were super easy.

Sunday Dessert: Chocolate Chip Cookies

This is our all time favorite cookie recipe!

Monday: Bacon Omlets and Smoothies

My oldest was in charge of dinner this night and chose omelets for his meal. Easy, and a crowd pleaser! He served with smoothies.

Tuesday: Pancakes and Bacon

When dad is out of town, we make super easy dinners. This is our all time favorite pancake recipe!

Wednesday: Spaghetti and Meatballs

My youngest was in charge of dinner on Wednesday and wanted spaghetti and meatballs. He wanted the meatballs from our favorite Italian wedding soup recipe, and they were delicious with sauce and noodles.

Thursday: Mom and Dad Date Night

We closed on the house on Friday so our realtor treated us to dinner. We left the kids home with loaded nachos and we went out.

Friday: Family Date Night

We went to the new house on Friday and stayed so long that we just decided to go out to dinner.

Saturday: BBQ Chicken Pizza

I always use this recipe for our homemade pizza! Super simple and delicious.

Sunday: Pork Tacos

This is one of our favorite Sunday dinners and easy to toss in the crockpot and cook all day. I’ve been making this for years and it’s always a crowd pleaser. I planned to make it last week, but when Philip was out of town, I decided to save the recipe for this week so everyone could enjoy it.

It’s amazing how the online world can bring people together in unexpected ways. Just like Merrick’s wife, my spouse and I connected through a blog too – in our case, it was the insightful content onhttps://russian-bride.club/mail-order-mexican-bride/. Inspired by your menu, my wife also prepares equally nutritious dishes that have become our family’s favorites. It’s a testament to the power of the internet and shared interests. Kudos to both of you for creating such meaningful connections and delicious meals!
