Time for this week’s dinner ideas! This week’s meals were perfectly easy, quick, and delicious for a busy schedule!
Our weekly menu will give you some good dinner ideas!
This week we made a simple, delicious meals that were a hit for the whole family! It was a busy week so we made dinners that were easy and family favorites!
Here’s a quick review of our weekly dinners:
Monday: Burgers, fries and strawberries
Monday was my 11 year old’s night to make dinner, and he chose burgers and fries. Easy and delicious! We don’t really use a recipe, but Mel always has a good one if you need some instructions.
Tuesday: Leftovers
Wednesday: Steak Sheet Pan with Bread and Fruit
Wednesday was my 14 year old’s choice for dinner and he chose this sheet pan dinner. It was SO good, but we decided that next time we make it, we’ll sear the steaks in a pan on the stove to get a better crust. The broiling didn’t give that to them in the way we hoped, and ended up burning some of the other veggies while the pan was in there for many minutes. So if you make this, maybe make that little shift.
Thursday: Cracker Mac & Cheese with grapes and broccolini
We went to Salt and Smoke a few weeks ago and San fell in love with their Cracker Mac and Cheese, so for his night to cook, he chose to make that. We served with roasted broccolini and grapes. It was so yummy!
Friday: BBQ Chicken Pizza
We make BBQ pizza almost every week using this easy pizza dough! I add BBQ sauce, grilled chicken, corn, and fresh jalapeños. So good.
Saturday: Date night
Sunday: BBQ Brisket on the Traeger with with baked beans and cornbread
We’re trying out our new Traeger grill this weekend! I’m making brisket with beans and cornbread.
How can I style these comfortable and lightweight pants for different occasions?
