I hope this weeks menu gives you some good dinner ideas! It was a busy week and we had quite a few leftovers, but my family still loved everything we made

Our weekly menu will give you some good dinner ideas

This week was so busy, and we had quite a few leftovers from last week to hold us over. But there were still a few delicious things we made for dinner this week!

If you need some other dinner ideas, check out all my past weekly menus RIGHT HERE.

Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup

One of our favorites – a friend shared this recipe for me, and it was nerve wracking for me to use the whole chicken in the recipe, but it makes such a difference in the broth. This time, since I was busy, I put the whole chicken, one large carrot, a few celery tops, some chopped onion in the crockpot with water and let it cook all day. I took out the chicken and shredded it, strained the broth, and then made the soup in a different pot, just sautéing the veggies, adding the broth, and then adding the noodles and chicken at the end. It was a little easier for me even though it was two pots, not one.

Tortellini Sausage Soup

One of our all time favorite dinners. Everything Mel makes is a hit in our house! It’s easy and delicious. I usually serve with crusty bread.

BBQ Chicken and Corn Pizza with Jalapeños

We love making pizza on Friday – this is one of our very favorite recipes. My 4 year old doesn’t like it, so I always do a corner of it with just cheese or pepperoni. And it’s best served with crispy onions on top!

Chocolate Nutella Lava Cookies

We’re making these for Sunday dessert – they look amazing and I know my boys will love them!

I’ve made your chicken soup tWice and I love this recipe! I added an msg free chicken bouillon cube. Made it with rice the second time. Also the second time, I used an Organic chicken and learned that they require cooking longer.
I might start makIng thIs weekly, with rice to keep it gluten free.
