I love putting together these weekly menu’s. It helps everything run more smoothly during hectic weeks.

Our weekly menu will give you some good dinner ideas

We’re never lacking in dinner ideas (thank you Pinterest!). If you’re struggling to find some good dinner ideas use my weekly menu as inspiration! This week was pretty light because I was traveling over the weekend, but we still had some favorites. My family just had leftovers or ate out while I was gone. If you need some other dinner ideas, check out all my past weekly menus RIGHT HERE.

Hamburgers on Pretzel Buns

Sanny asked for hamburgers this week, so I pulled out my new grill pan that Philip got me for Christmas and made some burgers inside. We used our Butcher Box hamburger patties and they were delicious!

Beef Noodle Soup

This is the second time I’ve made this recipe – we loved it so much last time! I omitted the cream of celery soup and replaced with just chopped celery. You could add something to make it creamy, but we all really liked a clear broth. I found Udon noodles at my local grocery store and added those because I couldn’t find the thick egg noodles she references.

Even my 4 year old gobbled this up!

Breakfast Burritos

This is one of my kid’s favorite meals and is easy to toss together. We always add tater tots (cooked in the air fryer) instead of potatoes. So yummy!

Tortellini Sausage Soup

This is one of our favorites and in regular rotation. It’s simple and so delicious. I actually made it ahead because I was out of town this weekend and wanted to make sure that my family had something to eat while I was gone, and it’s even better on day 2 or 3.
